Introduction to the Scout Association of Hong Kong
The Scout Association of Hong Kong is a scout organization in Hong Kong. It was established under the Scout Association of Hong Kong Ordinance (Chapter 1005), which empowers the Scout Association to make its own constitution through its committee. The articles of association approve the formulation of rules to manage the affairs of the association, that is, "the policies, organization and rules of the Scout Association of Hong Kong". 1909 after the earliest scouting activities, St. Joseph's College was registered with the British Scout Association on 19 14, and the Hong Kong Scout Association was formally established on 19 15. From 1977, Hong Kong Branch became a member of the World Scout Organization11.
