7. There are no tobacco advertisements in the hospital, and we don't accept sponsorship from tobacco manufacturers. We don't buy, use or accept articles marked with tobacco advertisements.
8. The hospital canteens and vending machines don't sell cigarettes.
9. Require the tobacco control supervisors (cleaners, security guards) in the whole hospital to be listed for posts, with a clear division of responsibilities and responsibilities to people, so as to conduct regular inspections and patrols, and dissuade and correct violations in time.

14, tobacco control is included in the quality management assessment of the department. The tobacco control office should regularly check and evaluate the tobacco control situation of all subjects in the hospital. Individual employees with poor tobacco control shall not participate in the evaluation of civilized employees, and departments with poor tobacco control shall not participate in the evaluation of civilized departments.
15, strictly implement the reward and punishment system. If smoking is found in the no-smoking area, if smoking is found for the first time, 50 yuan will be deducted from the performance salary of the party concerned, and 200 yuan will be deducted from the performance salary of the party concerned. Departments and individuals shall not participate in the appraisal of civilized departments and individuals. If the same behavior is found for the second time, the punishment will be three times as much as the above. If the third similar behavior is found, it will be punished more than five times, and the party's year-end bonus 1000 yuan will be deducted, and the whole hospital will report it. If cigarette butts or/and smoking utensils and other articles related to cigarettes are found in the non-smoking area, the performance salary of the found department will be deducted 100 yuan, and the penalty will be three times and five times if it is found again. If it is found between two or more departments, all relevant departments will be punished equally. Every year, hospitals hold appraisal activities for civilized individuals and departments in tobacco control, and commend and reward civilized individuals and departments. Deducted fees are used as incentive fees.
Legal basis: Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places
Article 5 The department in charge of public places shall establish a health management system, equip full-time or part-time health management personnel, regularly check the health status of their business units (including individual operators, the same below), and provide necessary conditions.
Article 6 A business unit shall be responsible for the hygiene management of the public places it operates, establish a hygiene responsibility system, and conduct hygiene knowledge training and assessment for employees.

Eighth parks, stadiums (gymnasiums) and public places other than public transport, business units shall promptly apply to the administrative department of health for a "health permit". The Health Permit is reviewed every two years.
Ninth public places do not meet the hygiene standards and requirements, resulting in health accidents, business units should properly handle, and timely report to the health and epidemic prevention agencies.
Eleventh health and epidemic prevention institutions shall, according to the needs, set up health supervisors in public places to carry out the tasks assigned by the health and epidemic prevention institutions. Health supervisors in public places shall be issued certificates by the people's governments at the same level.
