The basic conditions for digitalization have been significantly improved. In 20021year, the internet access rate of primary and secondary schools (including teaching points) in China reached 100%, which was 75 percentage points higher than that in 20 12 year. More than 3/4 schools have wireless network coverage, 99.5% schools have multimedia classrooms, the total number of multimedia classrooms exceeds 4 million, and schools are equipped with more than 28 million teacher-student terminals.

The digital teaching conditions in primary and secondary schools have been improved in an all-round way, basically forming a ubiquitous learning environment with full coverage of the network and the integration of offline multimedia teaching space and online teaching space, which has created favorable conditions for the in-depth implementation of the digital strategy of basic education. High-quality digital education resources are constantly enriched.
