3. Staffing situation
According to the spirit of "Notice on Submitting Organizations" (xx) issued by the Provincial Department of Education and the requirements of "Notice on Submitting xxx" issued by the Office of the Provincial Organization Establishment Committee, the average number of students in our school in recent three years is 8,500, and the establishment is determined according to "teacher-student ratio" 1: 12. With the rapid development of the school in recent years, many new teachers have entered the school. Due to the limited establishment of the school, most of these teachers are long-term employees, and the salaries of school employees can be promoted normally every year, but the salaries of long-term employees have always lacked a promotion mechanism. In the process of doing practical things for the teaching staff, the trade union adopts the way of investigation and heart-to-heart, understands the thoughts and wishes of the teaching staff, and actively puts forward suggestions for the reform of long-term wages to the school leaders.
