Start the "Rest assured lunch" project in urban primary schools

With the consent of the provincial government, the Provincial Department of Education and other eight departments jointly issued "Guiding Opinions on Implementing the Safe Lunch Project in Primary Schools in Urban Areas of the Province", which came into effect on September 1 day. Starting from the fall semester of 20021,the "rest assured lunch" project will be implemented in public non-boarding primary schools in the main urban areas and counties of the province, and it will take three years to basically achieve full coverage of lunch in urban primary schools in need in the province by 2023.

The new regulations issued by the Education Bureau in September are as follows:

Because many parents are busy at work, children often leave school and haven't left work yet. As a result, parents can't take care of work and family. Children in primary and secondary schools need their parents' company, and their consciousness is not strong, so they need their parents' supervision. When parents don't have time to take care of their children, children may be disobedient after school, don't finish their homework seriously, and just want to play. Over time, children's academic performance will definitely be affected. Moreover, the growth of children needs the company of parents. The lack of parents leads to insufficient attention to children, and children's spiritual world may be lacking, which is not conducive to children's physical and mental development.
