On 20021May 12, I had the honor to listen to a speech by Zou Lianke, director of the Education Department of Guizhou Province, whose theme was "Beautiful education is the education that people are satisfied with". Director Zou used to be a people's teacher, so he has his own unique views on the understanding of education. After reading it, I was a little moved and felt that education in Guizhou was more promising.

? Director Zou pointed out from the beginning: education has a long way to go, only struggle. This sentence especially gives me strength and direction. Director Zou gave a speech from three aspects: 1. What is the education of beauty? A simple education is a beautiful education. Director Zou explained the beauty of simplicity in depth and breadth by quoting other materials. This gives me a deeper understanding of the beauty of education.

? Second, who stole the education of beauty? -a teacher who lacks faith, awe and emotion; The word "three shortages" here has led to the job burnout of many teachers at present, and even the problem of teachers' morality and style has hindered the progress of American education.

? Third, how to run a good education in beauty?

Policy: "three breakthroughs and five guarantees". The first breakthrough is to break through the popularization of education; The second breakthrough is to break through the educational structure; The third breakthrough is the breakthrough of educational reform; Five guarantees: first, planning first guarantee; The second is the guarantee of governance system; The third is the guarantee of innovation kinetic energy; Fourth, rural revitalization guarantee; Fifth, stability is guaranteed. "Three breakthroughs in five guarantees" can be said to be the gospel of students, because this policy ensures that students not only have academic problems, but also solve their learning problems. It has been included in the 14 th Five-Year Plan, the popularity of universities has broken through, and the opportunities for students to go to universities have increased. This is the best gospel.

? Path: 1. Calling for educational feelings in caring for life; 2. We are required to follow the laws of education; 3. From the long journey, return to the initial heart of education.

? In a word, these three aspects point out the value orientation of education, the direction of teachers' efforts and the way to realize aesthetic education in the future. It can be said that this is the gospel of Guizhou teachers, and of course it is also a spur to Guizhou teachers. Only by realizing "beautiful education" can Guizhou education become a promising education.
