3. The scope of subsidies. The subsidy ratio accounts for 15% of the number of people in the park. (3) working procedures 1. Indicator allocation. After the start of each semester, the county student financial assistance management center will decompose the amount of funding to the county-wide public kindergartens and inclusive kindergartens according to the relevant documents of the Provincial Department of Finance and the Provincial Department of Education, and release it to the public through corresponding channels. 2. Policy propaganda. After receiving the relevant documents of the county student financial assistance management center on the allocation of funding places, each kindergarten should hold a parent meeting within one week to publicize the relevant funding policies and application methods to parents and publicize them in the park. 3. Parents apply. Every semester, within 1 month after the index is issued, the parents of young children submit a written application to the kindergarten, fill in the Application Form for Subsidizing Children from Poor Families in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture (see Annex 1), and submit relevant supporting materials and certificates.
