Candidates need to use Google or Firefox to log in to the Sichuan Higher Education Self-taught Examination Management Information System (hereinafter referred to as the information system) and register the system account at the candidate's terminal (website:/). The new student account successfully registered this time is my valid resident ID number, and the password is subject to my setting this time.
2 candidates register. Candidates are required to fill in personal basic information correctly in the information system, and upload photos of their standard certificates, formal attire and bareheaded light blue background. Candidates with incomplete basic information (required with "*") or photos that have not been uploaded cannot successfully upload registration information. When Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents register, they should select the corresponding certificate type in the "Certificate Type" column of the information system and fill in the certificate number accurately.

4 registration information review. After filling in the registration information and sending electronic audit materials as required, candidates should pay attention to their audit status in time. After candidates fill in the registration information and submit it successfully, the information will be in the state of pending review and cannot be modified by themselves. Candidates who fail to pass the registration information review can modify and submit their personal information before February 22, 2023 17:00, and submit the identity information review materials to the mailbox published by the county (city, district) admissions examination institution where they re-register. Failure to operate according to the requirements within the time limit shall be deemed as automatic waiver of this new registration. Once the application for registration of freshmen is approved, the information of candidates shall not be changed. If in doubt, please contact the county (city, district) admissions examination institutions in time.
5 recognition. If the registration information is approved, the registration is successful. The system will automatically generate the admission ticket number for candidates, and candidates can apply for courses within the specified time.

(3) Notice of registration
1. When registering new students, candidates should ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the registration information. Candidates' registration information is inconsistent with their valid identity documents, so they cannot take the self-study exam, and candidates should bear corresponding responsibilities.

3. According to the latest requirements of the Education Examinations Institute of the Ministry of Education for the photos of self-taught graduates, the requirements for the collection pixels and image size of the photos in this freshman registration have been adjusted compared with previous ones. The examination of candidates' photos shall be carried out in accordance with the Requirements for Registration of Freshmen's Photos in Sichuan Higher Education Self-taught Examination (Annex 3). The photos will be used as candidates' admission tickets and graduation certificates, and cannot be changed once confirmed. Second, the course registration
(1) Course arrangement
The self-study exam for the first half of 2023 in our province will be held from April 15 to April 16. Please refer to the self-taught examination in the first half of 2023 for the curriculum arrangement of this professional examination. (2) Time for applying for the exam
1. Online course registration and payment time for social major candidates: from 9:00 on February 27th, 2023 to March 60th, 20231;

Special reminder: under the same examination, the same valid resident ID number may not be registered and taken in different counties (cities, districts) and other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) at the same time. Candidates must choose all the courses to apply for at one time, and then choose the counties (cities, districts) to apply for according to the test space; Candidates cannot continue to apply for other courses if there are not enough places in the counties (cities, districts) that have applied for some courses and successfully paid the fees.
(3) Application process
Freshmen and registered candidates who have obtained the admission ticket number need to use Google or Firefox browser to log in to the information system (examinee's website:/) to register and pay for online courses (the charging standard is 35 yuan/subject), and successful payment means successful registration. Special reminder: After logging into the information system, candidates should carefully check the key information in the examination information: name, gender, photo, ID number, mobile phone number, etc. Especially the mobile phone number. If it is not my latest number, please change it in time. By modifying the mobile phone number, candidates can authenticate the mobile phone number in "Identity Authentication" in the "Personal Center" interface. The mobile phone number is lost or wrong, the test center can't get in touch with the candidates or the candidates can't receive the pre-test reminder. Candidates are responsible for themselves.
(4) Matters needing attention in application
1. System login account: my valid ID number; System login password: new and old candidates are subject to their own passwords; If registered candidates do not change their passwords, the passwords will default to the last 6 digits of their valid ID numbers.
Special reminder: Candidates who are unable to log in to the information system due to personal identity information errors (including those who have not collected valid ID numbers and photos, and those who have collected valid ID numbers but failed to pass the verification) can contact the entrance examination institution in the county (city, district) where they are enrolled or the self-study examination office in colleges and universities. Candidates can log in normally after filling in their personal information in time and generating an account.
2. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the application, the inquiry function of the information system will be temporarily closed during the application period. Before applying for the exam, candidates must log in to the information system, check the exam books in advance, and understand the courses that need to be applied for.
3. According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, the basic information of candidates (name, valid ID number, gender, photo, etc. ) If it is inconsistent with my valid ID information, I will not be able to enter the examination room to take the exam, and the paid exam fee will not be refunded. Candidates with incorrect basic information should apply for change during the acceptance of the "change of examination record" business, and take the next exam after the basic information is corrected.
4. At present, all the self-taught courses in our province can be repeated. Candidates must carefully verify the required courses before entering the exam. Once the registration is successful, the paid examination fee will not be refunded.
5. The graduation certificate and admission ticket number transferred from the provinces can no longer be used. Candidates should re-register if they want to continue to take the self-study exam.
6. In order to avoid missing the course registration and payment due to network congestion and other reasons, candidates are advised to arrange the time reasonably and complete the registration and payment as soon as possible.
Third, the admission ticket printing
After successful registration, candidates can log in to the information system candidates' terminal (website:/) and print the paper admission ticket on A4 paper with the default format from 9:00 on April 10 to April 16 14:45 in 2023. Candidates' self-study information will be printed on the admission ticket. Candidates should carefully check the examination information and take the examination according to the time, place and other requirements specified in the admission ticket.
Candidates are required to take the exam with the admission ticket and resident ID card. Candidates who forge, alter or alter the admission ticket or valid identity card without authorization will be banned from taking the exam and bear corresponding legal and regulatory responsibilities.

V announcement and review of results
In April, 2023, the opening time of Sichuan higher education self-study exam is expected to be May 8th. Candidates are requested to log in to the "Results Inquiry" interface of the information system or official website (website:) of Sichuan Education Examinations Institute.
Candidates who have objections to the examination results can submit a written application to review the examination results from 9: 00 on May 9, 2023 to May 17: 00.
