Four. Recruitment objectives and conditions
College degree or above recognized by the state (technical secondary school degree or above for midwives recruited by county general hospitals; Clinical and nursing professional qualifications must be able to take the qualification examination. ), and meet the following conditions:

Persons under any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:

Open recruitment is organized and implemented according to the following steps.

3. Applicants must fill in the Qualification Examination Form for Open Recruitment of Staff in Some Institutions in Dingyuan County, Anhui Province (see Annex 3 for details) and the Qualification Examination Form for Open Recruitment of Postgraduates in Dingyuan County General Hospital of Anhui Province (see Annex 4 for details), and submit 4 recent two-inch bareheaded photos.
4. Applicants should register according to the recruitment position, and each applicant can only apply for one position. Competition must be formed when applying for the same position, and the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of positions to be recruited is generally not less than 3: 1 (the positions to be recruited for professional graduate students who are exempt from written examination are not subject to this restriction). For a few positions that are really difficult to form competition due to the shortage of majors, the examination can be held at 2: 1 after being approved by the leading group of open recruitment in county institutions. 5. According to the document [2009] 1 18 of the Provincial Price Bureau and the Provincial Department of Finance, the examination fee is charged according to the 45 yuan standard of each subject, and the interview fee of 80 yuan is charged for each subject. There is no charge for graduate students in this county general hospital.

1, written test subjects and contents. The written test subjects are "Public Basic Knowledge" and "Professional Basic Knowledge". (4) Interview
1. Organization of job interview. The interview work is jointly organized and implemented by the county human resources and social security bureau and the recruitment department.
2. Scope of interviewers (see Annexes 1 and 2). These include:
Candidates who apply for graduate recruitment positions in the county general hospital without written examination directly enter the interview;
Candidates for nursing positions recruited by county general hospitals enter the interview according to the written test score 1.5: 1;
Candidates for other positions are determined to participate in the interview according to the ratio of candidates' written test scores from high to low to the number of positions of 2: 1.
Finally, if several candidates have the same written test scores, they are determined to be candidates for the interview.
3. The form and procedure of interview. Nursing post skill operation, specific operation can be found in the interview instructions.
Other job interviews mainly test candidates' comprehensive quality, professional quality, logical thinking and language expression ability. , the time is 15 minutes. Interview score 100, the interview examiner group consists of 7 people, of which the number of external examiners and specially trained examiners is not less than 50%. The interview score is the average score after the number of effective examiners is subtracted from 1 and 1, and the results will be announced to the candidates on the spot.
In order to ensure the quality of employment, the minimum control score of interview results is 60 points, and those below 60 points may not be employed.
4. Interview time and information inquiry. The interview work plan and related information are published on the website of Dingyuan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The contents include: the list of people who participated in the interview by the recruiting unit, written test results, ranking, recruitment positions and quantity, interview procedures and rules, interview content, method and time, place, contact person of the recruiting unit, contact telephone number, supervision telephone number and other matters.
(5) Calculation of test scores
1. The written test score is a combination of public basic knowledge (40%) and professional basic knowledge (60%). 100 (two decimal places are reserved). The total score is the same, according to the "professional basic knowledge" results.
2. 70% of written test scores and 30% of interview scores are combined into 100 (two decimal places are reserved).
3. Graduate students enrolled in the county general hospital shall be selected according to the interview results from high score to low score.
Audited in line with the conditions of extra points, the county human resources and Social Security Bureau on the website to the public for 5 days. If there is no objection to the publicity, the written test score will be increased by 2 points according to the prescribed procedures.
If the total test scores are the same, they will be sorted according to the written test scores; if the written test scores are still the same, they will be sorted according to the professional basic knowledge scores.
(6) Physical examination and inspection
According to the ratio of the candidates' final exam total score from high to low to the number of recruitment positions 1: 1, the physical examination and inspection personnel are determined.
The physical examination work is organized by the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the physical examination is carried out with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and relevant regulations. The post physical examination standards with special requirements for physical conditions shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the state if there are clear provisions of the state. If there is any doubt about the results of the physical examination, it can be re-examined in accordance with the regulations.
The examination is jointly organized by the county people's social department and relevant departments. The contents of the inspection mainly include examining and verifying the qualifications of candidates, candidates' ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability, work performance (academic performance) and whether they need to be avoided. The investigation team (composed of two or more persons) shall listen to opinions extensively, consult relevant files and materials, and be comprehensive, objective and fair, and truthfully write investigation materials.
(7) Publicity and employment
1. County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau determines the list of persons to be hired from those who have passed the examination, physical examination and inspection, and publicizes it on the websites of Dingyuan County Government and Dingyuan County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for 7 working days, and at the same time announces the supervision and reporting telephone number. If there is no objection to the publicity or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, according to the relevant regulations, the county human resources and social security bureau will perform the relevant examination and approval procedures and issue an employment notice. Due to physical examination, inspection, publicity and other reasons, candidates have vacancies, and candidates in the same position will be filled in equal amounts in turn, and only once. 2.
