Can a senior teacher be the deputy director of the Education Bureau?
I can't. Senior middle school teachers can only be promoted to middle school principals or directors of education bureaus, but not to deputy directors of education bureaus. Full rank is a level of treatment, and each field has a set of professional titles. Some areas have been listed as the pilot reform of the title system of primary and secondary school teachers by the Ministry of Education, and a unified title system of primary and secondary school teachers has been established, which is divided into five grades: full-time senior teachers, senior teachers, first-class teachers, second-class teachers and third-class teachers.
