Graduates must complete the online registration of Zhejiang Education Examination Network before starting the next procedure.
Please complete the graduation formalities within the specified time, and it will not be accepted after the deadline.
First, the object of processing

Second, the handling process
1. Register online.
(1) Time: 20221October 28th165438+8: 30-February 2nd 16:30. You cannot register after the deadline.
(2) Registration website: log on to the homepage of Zhejiang Education Examinations Institute, enter the self-study examination management system, and register online information of graduates.
2. The site material audit
(1) Time: June 65438+February 1, February 2 and February 5, 2022 9: 00 am-afternoon1:00 pm 13: 30 pm. It is strongly recommended that candidates complete the on-site material review on June 5438+February 1 and June 2 (appraisal materials can be submitted in time afterwards).
(2) Location: Service Hall on the second floor of Hangzhou Education Examinations Institute (Baima Building, No.9 Huazhe Plaza).
(3) Epidemic prevention requirements: All candidates who submit materials on site must meet the epidemic safety requirements. Please apply for Zhejiang Green Health Code and Zhejiang Green Travel Card through mobile phone in advance (click "Travel Card" under the health code through mobile phone Alipay), and prepare masks and negative nucleic acid certificates within 72 hours.
Note: Candidates whose "health code" and "travel card" are Zhejiang green codes and have normal body temperature should wear masks all the time. Every time you enter the office building, you should use your mobile phone to scan the "place code", check the "health code" and the "tourist card" in Zhejiang, take your temperature, and provide a negative nucleic acid certificate (whether in electronic format or in written format in Alipay) within 72 hours before you can go through the formalities normally.
Candidates who have lived in high-risk areas within 14 days before work and whose "health code" or "travel card" in Zhejiang is not green code are not allowed to enter the office building.
Candidates with fever (≥37.3℃), fatigue, dry cough, diarrhea, sore throat and other related symptoms are not allowed to enter the office building, regardless of whether Zhejiang's "health code" is green.
Candidates with confirmed cases, asymptomatic infected persons and close contacts of personnel in high-risk areas in COVID-19 are not allowed to enter the office building.
Confirmed cases, suspected cases, asymptomatic infected persons treated in isolation in COVID-19, close contacts during home observation and centralized isolation, and candidates during medical observation are not allowed to enter the office building.
(4) Material requirements: submit the materials specified in "Required Reading for Candidates" (the materials to be copied can be copied in black and white according to the original size and cannot be scaled or changed) to the relevant window staff for review. Candidates who pass the pre-examination will receive the graduate registration form, graduation materials and material bags printed by the staff.
3. Graduates complete the evaluation.
After completing the on-site audit, graduates need to complete the personal appraisal and unit appraisal on the graduate registration form as soon as possible (the unit appraisal needs the seal of the personnel department of the unit, and the unemployed graduates need the seal of the neighborhood office or township government where the household registration is located. The above appraisal seal can be the official seal or the personnel file seal).
4. Return the evaluation materials
(1) Time: 9: 00 am-165438+0: 00 pm, 13: 30 pm- 16: 30 pm on February 5, 2022. (Candidates who have completed the appraisal in advance can directly return the appraisal materials on February 1 day and February 65438+2).
(2) Location: the original audit window of the lobby on the second floor of Hangzhou Education Examinations Institute.
(3) Materials: Graduate registration form, graduation materials, material bags (and bag surface information) must be filled in correctly.
(4) Note: Candidates who cannot return the graduate appraisal materials before February 5, 65438 due to special reasons can submit the materials to the original registration window before 0: 00 am on February 6,165438 after applying to the window staff, and will not be accepted after the deadline.
5. Pay online
(1) Time: February 7th 10: 00 to February 8th at 24: 00.
(2) Payment channel: Zhejiang government service network public payment platform.
(3) Payment standard: self-taught graduation exam 50 yuan.
(4) Note: Self-taught graduates who fail to pay the fees within the time limit will not be able to graduate. Please read the Notice of Payment (see annex).
Third, other precautions
1. Graduation registration needs to be completed by myself, and can only be handled on behalf of the candidates after submitting supporting materials under very special circumstances such as hospitalization due to illness (personal signature, personal identification and other procedures must be completed by the candidates themselves).
2. Time to get the diploma: After completing the graduation examination in Zhejiang Education Examinations Institute and publishing the graduation information in Xuexin.com, the specific time to get the diploma will be published in the self-study exam column of Hangzhou Education Examinations Network. Auditing usually takes one to two months. Candidates are requested to collect the graduation certificate at the site within the date specified in the announcement.
3. Please check your name and ID number carefully when you register for graduation (subject to the current ID name and ID number). If you find anything wrong, please take your ID card to each processing place to correct your identity information first, and then register online. Candidates can't make any changes after the final exam of graduation materials.

Fourth, degree application.
1. The degree application of Zhejiang University is still implemented according to the original regulations. Eligible candidates directly register with the Self-taught Office of Adult Education College of Zhejiang University. Candidates are requested to refer to the conditions and announcements of self-taught undergraduate graduates from Zhejiang University Continuing Education Network (www.ce.zju.edu.cn) in advance.
2. Other institutions must apply for degrees according to the new regulations. Applying for a degree according to the new regulations refers to awarding a degree according to 15% of the graduates of this major in the province.
3. Candidates applying for degrees should know the procedures and time of obtaining certificates through the website of Zhejiang Education Examinations Institute (www.zjzs.net) or the website of the Examinations Institute in time.
