And deepen the comprehensive reform in the field of high school education, promote the reform of vocational and general education mode, provide a more suitable education mode for students' all-round development, and formulate the implementation plan of vocational and general education in Yingkou senior middle schools.

Third, the selection conditions
Ordinary high schools and secondary vocational schools in Yingkou meet the following conditions, and may voluntarily apply for vocational and general integration.
1. Fully implement the Party's educational policy, have an accurate orientation for running a school, have a clear development idea, and formulate and effectively implement a medium-and long-term reform and development plan.
2. Establish standardized teaching management, budget management, student status management, asset management, risk management and other systems and education and teaching quality assurance system.
3. Have the conditions to accommodate the school foundation and faculty. There are no large classes in ordinary senior high schools, and teachers' curriculum arrangements are reasonable.
Fourth, the policy guarantee of vocational and general integration classes.
1. The Municipal Education Bureau has formulated an enrollment plan for vocational education and general education in senior high schools, and enrolled students according to the voluntary and admission scores. The enrollment target is the fresh junior high school graduates who took the entrance examination that year, and they can enroll students for the whole city.
2. Students in vocational and general integration experimental classes are enrolled in schools and registered in secondary vocational schools. The academic system is three years.
3. Students in the vocational education integration experimental class are diverted according to the agreement between the two parties of the vocational education integration cooperative school.
4. Tuition fees shall be implemented in accordance with the charging standards of secondary vocational schools and charged by the schools where students attend.
