Shanghai Jinshan Middle School, referred to as "Jinzhong" for short, is a public boarding high school in Jinshan District of Shanghai and an experimental demonstration high school in Shanghai.

Shanghai Jinshan Middle School was founded in 1927, formerly known as "Jinshan County Middle School", with the former site of Hu Zhe Academy in Qing Dynasty. After Jinshan 1997 withdrew from the county, the school was renamed "Shanghai Jinshan Middle School". On September 1 2004, the school moved to Zhong Yi Street, Zhujing Town, Jinshan District.

By February 20 17, Shanghai Jinshan Middle School occupied an area of 185 mu, with a total construction area of 78,500 square meters. There are 38 classes, including 8 classes in Senior One, Xinjiang; Students1more than 500 people; Full-time teachers 153, including 3 special-grade teachers and 64 senior teachers.

History of running a school

The school was founded in 1927, formerly known as "Jinshan County Middle School", and the original school site was the former site of Hu Zhe Academy in Qing Dynasty.

1997, Jinshan withdrew from the county to establish the school, and the school was renamed "Shanghai Jinshan Middle School".

In the autumn of 2004, he moved to Zhong Yi Street in Zhujing Town and set up a school.

In May, 2005, the school passed the summative evaluation of "Establishing Experimental Demonstration High School in the City".

On April 201May 14, the articles of association of Shanghai Jinshan Middle School were officially promulgated with the approval of Jinshan District Education Bureau.
