1. Prepare the teacher qualification application form and the applicant's ideological and moral appraisal form;

2. Bring the original and photocopy of the ID card, the original and photocopy of the academic certificate, the household registration certificate, the physical examination certificate, the original and photocopy of the Putonghua proficiency test grade certificate, and the academic performance certificate of education and psychology;

3. The applicant applies to the teacher qualification accreditation institution where the household registration is located or where the work unit is located, and submits the above materials;

4. After reviewing the materials submitted by the applicant, the teacher qualification accreditation institution will inform the applicant of the specific time for the interview and trial lecture.

5. The teacher qualification accreditation institution shall, within 30 legal working days from the date of termination of the application period, make an opinion on whether to pass the accreditation, and notify the applicant;

6. The applicant who is recognized as a qualified teacher shall receive the teacher qualification certificate within the time notified by the teacher qualification accreditation body and keep it by the individual.
