How to exercise concentration
Jusi Education believes that attention has two basic standards:

One is concentration, that is, whether to focus on the object you are paying attention to;

The second is persistence, that is, the length of time to maintain attention.

Good ways to train attention are:

Repeat these figures. Just ask someone to give you a set of numbers, such as 5473869, and you can repeat them. You can start with seven digits. When you feel easy to deal with, it will rise to eight, then to nine, and then to twelve, so don't go up again. You can only be promoted once a day. You can "play" this game every day for about a month 10 minutes. The effect is quite good.

Learn broadcasting. When broadcasting news on radio or TV, he (she) said that if you learn one sentence, you should pay attention to the next sentence with your mouth, otherwise you can't learn. About 5 minutes a day, you can stick to it for a month. When you learn five words in 10 minutes, your concentration is good. It's best to "play" this game often after passing the exam to exercise your brain. 3. Copy books. Copy the good articles from your favorite books and newspapers into a special abstract notebook. When copying for the first time, the number of words read at a time should not be less than six, and the number should be increased by multiples. When you can read (remember) about fifteen words on average at a time, your concentration has been trained.

The ways to cultivate perseverance are:

Read aloud accurately. Ask yourself to ensure that a good article in a text or newspaper is clear and fluent, and that the speech speed is moderate (about 200 words per minute). This reading training method can make your attention reach "enough" after reading the twentieth article (each article is about 1000 words) (it must be monitored by others).

Record news. Listen to "news and newspaper abstracts" or watch "news broadcast" or other news programs. How many news articles are written immediately after listening (reading), including how many at home and abroad, how many are broadcast by male and female announcers, and what are the six most important articles? Stick to it for 20 days, and there will be great improvement.

Recite the music score. Everyone can train their attention in this way except music majors or musical geniuses. Choose a song you like, don't sing its lyrics, sing its soundtrack. It is better to play (play) the piano conditionally, not to sing (play) according to it, but to sing (play) with your heart. If you can recite 15-20 songs skillfully and accurately within one month, your "attention persistence" will be improved.
