1. First, enter the local professional and technical personnel continuing education information management platform, click Personal Login, enter the ID number and password, and click Login.

2. Secondly, the user will display his personal name after logging in, and click the orange personal center. After entering the page, click History Certificate Management on the left.

3. Finally, click Download on the far right in the pop-up interface.
