At present, school education depends heavily on the family. What do you think of this?
? There has always been a big problem in education in China, because education has been divorced from real education. Why do you say that? Everyone can and should feel that the current school education relies heavily on the family, and the burden on parents is heavier than that on teachers. This is a very serious educational transfer and a very serious social problem. Teachers' major is to educate children, but they shirk most of their responsibilities, which will cause confusion in education. How can this happen now? I think there are several main aspects:

First, the phenomenon of part-time jobs of school teachers is serious, and a lot of energy is devoted to part-time jobs, regardless of their own jobs. Because the salary is stable, there is basically no pressure. At this time, teachers can naturally earn extra money. Driven by interests, many teachers do things to earn extra money and give up their teaching jobs. This is one of the biggest reasons.

Second, the school atmosphere began to deteriorate. Nowadays, many schools don't want to take on too many responsibilities, especially the education of students. They want to get rid of the responsibilities they want. The mechanism formed in this way is to transfer most of the educational affairs to the parents of students, so that schools do not have to worry about their own mistakes. It is impossible for such a school to educate children well.

Third, parents are a key part of education, but it is because parents care about children that they are used by schools and teachers. They use their parents to care about their children's mood and shirk the responsibility of the school. Teachers try their best to make money from their parents and shift the work to them. Under such a cycle, students' education naturally goes downhill.

Fourth, students are the future of the country, and the country naturally spares no effort to train students. However, when these policies fall on some schools, they are used by schools as an excuse to shirk their responsibilities or as an interface for teachers to earn extra money. In this way, any teacher can make money, so it is basically meaningless for students to go to school.

Fifth, many online platforms, some educational institutions, and even teachers themselves have begun to provide students with extracurricular tutoring. Because it is more profitable, the teachers in the school now will not supervise the study of foreign students, and will not make up lessons for some poor students. These jobs will naturally be transferred to parents.

In the face of these social and educational chaos, we must start to manage and conduct a thorough inspection of teachers and schools. Part-time teachers must be dismissed and punished accordingly; Schools that collect fees and shirk their management obligations should be held accountable, and leaders who are responsible should be dealt with according to law. At the same time, the state should formulate a reasonable reward and punishment system for teachers' work, strictly prevent teachers from going out to work part-time, and make our country's education better gradually.
