Candidates of higher education self-study exam need to transfer qualified courses to new areas because of job transfer and household registration transfer. You should hold relevant certificates and go through the transfer formalities according to regulations. All kinds of higher education graduates, drop-out students and candidates who change majors with nationally recognized academic qualifications apply for self-study exams. If the name of the course passed in the original examination is the same as that of the new major, and the credit is equal to or higher than that of the new major, you can apply for exemption from the relevant courses that you have studied and achieved qualified results according to the principle of the same course name and requirements.

Those who apply for exemption from the exam must take the exam in the new region and major they are applying for, and obtain qualified scores in more than one course before they can apply for the exam.

The exemption transfer procedure is handled twice a year, from March 1 day to 15 in the first half of the year and from September 1 day to 15 in the second half of the year. It will not be handled at other times. 1. Candidates who have stopped the examination can go through the transfer formalities according to the regulations when applying for other majors, if the courses are the same and the original scores are qualified.

2. Candidates must transfer the course from the transfer place to the transfer place at one time, and it is not allowed to transfer only one or several courses.

3. Candidates transferred from other units in the province to our school should fill in the Registration Form of Transfer Examination in triplicate with the admission ticket and course certificate of the transfer place, and go to the study room of the College of Continuing Education, and then go to the study room of the transfer place after examination and signature. Transfer from the self-taught office to the self-taught office of the Provincial Education Examinations Institute (hereinafter referred to as the Provincial Self-taught Office) for examination and approval, and be responsible for file transfer. After receiving the file, the self-study examination office of the College of Continuing Education will file the file for the student.

4. Candidates who transfer from our school to other units in the province and from our school to other provinces apply for transfer to the study room of the College of Continuing Education in triplicate with the admission ticket, course certificate and transfer examination application registration form signed by the study room of the College of Continuing Education. After the review of the study room of the College of Continuing Education, go through the examination and approval procedures and be responsible for handing over the files.

5. Candidates transferred from other provinces to our school have their files transferred from the provincial self-examination office to the self-examination office of the College of Continuing Education of our school. After receiving the files, the study room of the College of Continuing Education will file the candidates. 1. Candidates who need to be exempted from a certain course should apply to the Self-study Office of the College of Continuing Education of our school and provide supporting materials (due to different types of exemption, there are mainly one diploma, grade certificate, original school course transcript, ID card, admission ticket and original and photocopy of course certificate). Fill in the "Application Form for Exemption from Examination" in duplicate, which will be audited by the Self-taught Examination Office of the College of Continuing Education and then submitted to the Provincial Self-taught Examination Office for approval.

2. After being examined and signed by the Provincial Self-taught Office, the Self-taught Office of the College of Continuing Education will submit one copy of the Registration Form for Exemption from Examination to the Provincial Self-taught Office for the record, and the other copy will be included in the candidates' files together with a copy of the certification materials, and the word "MK" will be filled in the column of the results of the exemption course.

3. It is an extremely serious job to apply for the self-study examination of higher education without examination, and we must seek truth from facts. Anyone who forges, alters or provides false certification materials, once found out, will be disqualified from the examination and the qualified results of the higher education self-study examination, and will be notified to the unit where he works; Staff who practice favoritism and malpractice shall be given corresponding administrative sanctions.
