I. Guiding ideology

All teachers participate in it together, starting with trivial matters, phenomena and problems in education and teaching, focusing on trivial matters, aiming at the problems they encounter in teaching, determine their own research topics, earnestly study them, form their own unique teaching style, and practically improve the classroom.

Third, the general idea.

Take the school as a unit, formulate school-level research topics and organize research teams to carry out research. The vice principal and the teaching director are the project leaders, and some key teachers participate in the research process and collect data. Teachers make personal research topics according to school-level topics and their own practical problems in teaching. The whole school has formed a school-based research mechanism with project research leading teaching research and teacher training to improve teaching quality and develop school education.

Fourth, the implementation process.

1. Topic selection (early April). Combined with the spirit of the document of the Municipal Education Bureau, based on the general topic of "Study on the Strategy of Building an Efficient Classroom with Guidance Case as the Carrier" formulated by the Municipal Teaching and Research Section, and combined with the problems encountered in the implementation of the guidance case model in our school over the past year, the school-level topic "Group Cooperation Research under the Guidance Case Model" was formulated. According to this general topic, teachers make their own sub-topics.

2. Apply for project establishment (mid-April). The school-level project research group submits the project research plan to the municipal teaching and research section within the specified time, determines the main contents of the research, clarifies the problems to be solved and the expected goals, puts forward the research methods and steps, and announces the project in the school. Teachers personally report the sub-topics of research to the guidance office in time.

3. Implementation study (April 20xx-May 20xx). According to the project plan, the person in charge of the project organizes members to carry out research work in a planned way, accumulates research process data, establishes project research files, combines conventional teaching research with project research, and carries out practical research in the process of teaching, attending classes and evaluating classes, thus solving problems. The guidance office will supervise and guide teachers' personal research.

4. Conclusion (201early June 3). At the end of each semester, a sub-project research achievement exchange meeting will be held, and the school will evaluate the research status; School-level projects should be reported to the municipal teaching and research office in a timely manner according to the requirements of superiors.

The results of the project should generally be the summary report (Annex 4) and relevant attachment materials (the attachment includes papers and cases supporting the research project and the process materials of the research).
