As for whether to impose a fine, it depends on whether the circumstances are serious or not. If the circumstances are not serious, there will be no punishment, just a warning. After receiving the notice, you need to check whether there is a fine in time. Once there is a fine, you need to go to the traffic police brigade in time, otherwise there will be a late fee.

First, the specific circumstances of violation of the notice

1. On-site parking violation penalty. If the driver is present, the traffic police can point out the illegal behavior and give a verbal warning to make the driver leave immediately. The average driver just needs to drive faster, and there is no punishment. If the driver refuses to leave and drives a vehicle to obstruct the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians, the traffic police will impose a fine of not less than 20 yuan but not more than 200 yuan on you;

2. Off-site parking violation punishment. If the driver is not present, in addition to a fine or a ticket, if the parked vehicle blocks the passage of other vehicles and greets pedestrians, the traffic police department has the right to tow the motor vehicle to a place that does not hinder traffic or park it at a place designated by the traffic management department of the public security organ.

Second, the notice is usually posted directly on the glass of the illegal vehicle. Notice in different colors will lead to different punishment results:

1, orange, this is the Decision on Punishment of Public Security Traffic Management Summary Procedure, which means that the traffic police will be fined and their driver's license will be deducted if they find serious illegal parking at the scene;

2, green, this is the "traffic violation education notice", mainly used for minor traffic violations. Generally, this list will not be deducted and fined, and only motor vehicle drivers need to receive education;

3, white, Morino This is the Certificate of Administrative Compulsory Measures for Public Security Traffic Management, which is mainly used for serious traffic violations, or is an important certificate for traffic police to detain motor vehicles.

Three, in case of temporary parking needs, must comply with the regulations.

1. Parking is not allowed if there are signs and markings on the road, isolation facilities are set in some sections of crosswalks, isolation facilities are set in some construction sections, and isolation facilities are also set between non-motor vehicle lanes and motor vehicle lanes.

2. No parking is allowed at the intersection of two intersections, railway crossings, some sharp turning sections, and some narrow roads with a width of less than 4 meters. There are also bridges, steep slopes, tunnels and other places where parking is impossible, even if they are less than 50 meters above these places, they can't stop;

3. For example, within 30 meters from the bus stop, including the bus stop, no other vehicles can stop except the bus; There are also first-aid stations and road sections within 30 meters of the door. You can't stop the car except using the first aid station facilities. No parking is allowed in front of the gas station and within 30 meters of the entrance, except for the use of gas station facilities; In addition to using fire-fighting facilities, you can't park at the door of the fire hydrant, the door of the fire brigade and the road within 30 meters from the door.

4. Before the car stops, you can't open the door to let people get on and off, including closing the door and opening the door, which can't affect the driving of other vehicles or the passage of pedestrians.

Legal basis:

Article 56 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates that motor vehicles should be parked at designated places. It is forbidden to park motor vehicles on the sidewalk; However, parking spaces designated in accordance with the provisions of Article 33 of this Law are excluded. Temporary parking on roads shall not hinder the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians.

Article 63 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates that when a motor vehicle temporarily stops on the road, it shall comply with the following provisions:

(a) in the absence of parking signs, markings, motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles, sidewalks, crosswalks and construction sections with isolation facilities, parking is prohibited;

(2) No parking is allowed at intersections, railway crossings, sharp detours, narrow roads, bridges, steep slopes, tunnels and sections within 50 meters from the above places;

(three) in front of the bus stop, first aid station, gas station, fire hydrant or fire brigade (station) and within 30 meters from the above places, parking is not allowed except using the above facilities;

(four) before the vehicle stops, it is not allowed to open the door to get on and off, and opening and closing the door shall not hinder the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians;

(5) Roadside parking should be close to the right side of the road. Motor vehicle drivers are not allowed to leave the vehicle, get on or off the vehicle or leave immediately after loading and unloading goods;

(6) City buses are not allowed to park on the road outside the station.
