In a blink of an eye, the two-month internship life is over. I still remember that at that time, I was still looking forward to the end of my internship every day, and when this day really came, I found that although it was only two months, I had unconsciously got used to this environment, integrated into this group, and already regarded myself as a member of this group. It's sad to think that I am leaving. Seeing my classmates and teachers who have been together for two months, I feel that I can't meet again, and I really don't want to leave. Suddenly I found that everything here is so kind, and my students are very cute. Seeing their sad eyes, I really want to stay. How time flies! Two months passed like this. Looking back on what happened and experienced in these two short months, I really learned a lot.
Internship is a very important thing in college. Practice has tempered our practical teaching ability. Raise awareness of education. I realized the great responsibility of teaching and educating people in practice. During the two-month internship, I learned from my tutor seriously. Listen carefully to the teachers' comments and suggestions on me. Listen carefully to every class the teacher attends and learn valuable teaching methods from the teacher. Carefully and fully prepare for each class and listen to the teacher's suggestions and teachings. Correcting students' daily homework carefully and doing homework evaluation well. Help students who make more mistakes in their homework to explain individually and try their best to be a responsible teacher. In the work of the class teacher, observe the attendance of students in class. Teach patiently for the problems in students' study and life. At the same time, I also got help and care from other teachers in my work. With the cooperation and support of students. The short two months have left me many wonderful memories. All these make my internship life unforgettable and colorful.
Through these two months' internship life, I deeply realized the greatness of teachers' profession and the hardships of teachers. At the beginning of the internship, the main task is to attend classes, listen to the tutor's lectures, and then review the teacher's teaching methods. From it, I learned a lot of valuable experience and found that every teacher will have different teaching styles. Perhaps this is the true meaning of teaching inconclusive. I deeply admire the teacher's handling in class. By telling stories and examples around him and adding humorous language, the classroom atmosphere is very active.
In the process of attending classes, I deeply feel that teaching is an art, classroom language is the way to convey this art, and the process of attending classes is a process of accumulating experience. While understanding the teaching process, we should also pay attention to the accumulation of teaching methods and organizational teaching ability. After listening to the class for a week, I began to walk on the platform and began to adapt to the classroom atmosphere. Due to lack of experience and weak adaptability, these classes are purely instilling knowledge and have no artistic sense. Knowing your own shortcomings, lectures are targeted, but when you actually attend classes for the first time, there are still problems such as "the focus of classes is not prominent" and "the order of lectures is not clear". At this time, my tutor asked me to take more classes. And pointed out the shortcomings of the teaching plan and the shortcomings and deficiencies in the classroom for me. As time went on, I began to make some progress through lectures and exercises. At this time, my tutor gave me many opportunities to exercise and cultivate my teaching ability at different levels. At first, I felt that the students sitting under the platform were not my classmates but real students. They will not casually echo and answer our questions like classmates, but really think and wait for our answers. When you don't understand, you will suddenly ask questions, or simply read and sleep at your desk.
In the course of class, I also encountered difficulties. Such as class order. It is these small setbacks that make me braver and understand that as an educator, we should strive to create a democratic and harmonious teaching atmosphere, establish an equal relationship between teachers and students in teaching activities, and teachers should regard themselves as a member of the activities and a mentor to students. Teachers should not only teach knowledge, but also manage classroom discipline and communicate with students individually. Some players were particularly nervous at first. Because of their inexperience and poor adaptability, there are some problems in the classroom, such as "the focus of lectures is not prominent, the teaching ideas are not smooth, and the cooperation between teachers and students is not tacit enough".
In view of the problems, the instructor asked these players to attend more lectures, learn from experienced teachers, study textbooks and other teaching materials, and point out the shortcomings of courseware and classroom in person. For students who have a certain self-learning ability and can think independently, my experience is to fully mobilize their subjective initiative, make use of their interest in learning, and let them study happily. I adopt heuristic teaching with students as the main part and teachers as the auxiliary part, list the outline appropriately, set up thinking questions and give guidance. As a result, their enthusiasm and initiative in learning began to play a role, from the "I want to learn" teaching method to the "I want to learn" learning method. Let this group of students study easily and happily.
You may have complained about various teachers' classes before. But after the internship, I realized that it is not easy to have a good class after my own experience. Being a teacher is not as simple as I thought before. Only when you walk a mile in his position can you really understand other people's experiences. After the experience, everyone has his own understanding of the word teacher, but I believe that one thing must be the same: it is not easy to be a good teacher. There is still a long way to go before my role in mind.
Chapter II Summary Report of Normal Students' Internship
During the two months of internship in Xinhe junior high school, I studied hard. My tutor, Huang _ _, devoted a lot of enthusiasm and hard work to me, and taught me the accumulated experience of many years of teaching without reservation, which made me understand the basic teaching skills that should be mastered in "preparing lessons, teaching, assisting, defending and testing". It also gave me more than 28 hours of trial teaching opportunities, which enabled me to consolidate and apply the basic theories, professional knowledge and basic skills I have learned, gain a thorough understanding of students' learning situation, obtain full and comprehensive high school education and teaching training, and cultivate my ability to work independently and cooperate with others in education and teaching. Let me have a lot of experience and understanding of education and teaching:
When preparing lessons, we should seriously study the new curriculum geography syllabus, new curriculum standards and curriculum content, deeply understand the teaching materials on the basis of mastering the spiritual essence of the teaching materials, write complete and practical teaching plans, and then use our usual teaching theory, basic knowledge of geography and basic normal skills to practice repeatedly. After class, I can always get the patient guidance from Mr. Huang. Give me examples and comments on teaching mode, teaching methods, teaching details, the interpenetration of some topics, the interaction with students and the combination of teaching and learning, which has benefited me a lot.
During my internship, I have finished teaching half a textbook, and I can't forget every lesson: climate diversity and monsoon, rivers and lakes, rich natural resources and land resources, including the difference between the east and the west, monsoon climate, complex and diverse climate, the regulation of the Yellow River, the development of the Yangtze River, natural resources and the utilization of our land resources?
I remember my first class: the first class I carefully prepared, "The climate is diverse and the monsoon is remarkable". I'm nervous. I've been preparing lessons. Many teachers in the office said they would come to listen to my little teacher's class, only to find that I actually sat in a whole row during class! I am even more nervous after discovering this problem! Fortunately, I am "nervous before class", and I am flexible and free after class for just three minutes. After class, the teacher said that although some places are slightly lacking compared with the teaching plan, they are generally good, with good examples and a good atmosphere. Come on!
During the period, I helped the teacher to correct homework, exercise books and test papers many times. I grade papers much faster than Miss Huang. After correcting, you can get a general understanding of students' knowledge mastery and weak links, which is also a kind of information feedback. I also took part in invigilation three times, instead of a geography class in Grade One and Grade Three and Four in Grade Three. These are rare learning opportunities.
I learned how to control classroom discipline, adjust classroom atmosphere and balance "teaching" and "learning". It also gave me a new understanding of education. These two months have been really fruitful.
I think that when dealing with textbook knowledge, if you indulge in the books you "teach" in class, you will ignore the students' "learning"; I thought it was wonderful, but I was singing a monologue. It's still very hard, but students are just like listening to gobbledygook. They have no focus and don't understand what knowledge this course needs to master.
Teacher Huang's careful guidance made me sum up a lot and made it clear how to attend classes. That is, there must be student activities, which can be in various ways, such as letting everyone review the knowledge points of the last class together according to the curriculum standard, and then reading textbooks and atlases independently according to the curriculum standard to find new knowledge, as well as asking questions, discussing, asking individual questions, exploring and so on. This is more helpful for students to understand the key points and difficulties in teaching.
Because the materials used in the People's Education Edition are easier to remember, the way of dispersing knowledge points is often adopted. It is easy to remember, this is the good side, but most people ignore the bad side: this makes the knowledge points a little scattered and unsystematic, and it is difficult for students to form a network structure of knowledge when they master knowledge. In the teaching process, the teacher mentioned that I should pay great attention to the summary of the contents, such as "Qinling-Huaihe Line", which involves many knowledge points of China's natural environment (1 annual average temperature, temperature zone division, annual precipitation distribution, dry and wet areas, climate types, north-south division). This sign can be highlighted and summarized, so that knowledge can be mastered more firmly.
During the internship, I listened to nearly forty classes of Mr. Huang, and also listened to the classes of Mr. Lin and Mr. Hong. It also taught me a lot. Miss Huang has taught me a lot with her witty language, standard Mandarin, refreshing voice, rich expression and natural teaching attitude, profound knowledge, rich experience and rigorous learning attitude, attention to details, example and tolerance.
In the classroom, her fluent teaching and question raising are connected in series with the teaching process. At the same time, she explained the important and difficult points with examples around her, and broke through the difficulties. The students' attention was completely attracted.
After class, the teacher patiently gave me answers, and pointed out many details that I didn't notice, explaining her ideas and the handling of textbooks. What I admire most is the teacher's care. He can pay attention to and put forward many very professional and meticulous things. There is also the interpretation of curriculum standards, teaching students how to interpret curriculum standards, and then demonstrating, supplementing and meeting the requirements of curriculum standards through materials such as textbooks. The teacher is a very knowledgeable person who knows the ins and outs of every knowledge point like the back of his hand. His profound knowledge and proper teaching will make you suddenly realize that understanding knowledge is very beneficial.
The most touching place is still there. As a teacher with 20 years' teaching experience, she even asked me geography more than once, blinking and smiling, and made no secret of her "ignorance"! Until the end of the internship, she said to me, "When you go back to school next year, help me ask the question that your professional teacher discussed last time, and let me know when you are finished." She is really a new era teacher who comes to class according to the new curriculum standard!
The teacher generously introduced all the geography teachers in the grade and suggested that I attend the classes of Teacher Lin and Teacher Hong. After class, I also had an exchange with teacher Hong. During my internship, I also met many teachers from different disciplines.
When I came to Xinhe junior high school, every teacher I met was so enthusiastic, so easy-going, so cute and so respected. Every teacher has a lot to learn.
At the same time, I also listened to the lessons of the team members in biology, politics and other disciplines, and saw the shadow of success in them and learned a lot. I will also discuss teaching methods and learning methods with them, exchange experiences and lessons, better understand students and better carry out teaching.
These two months passed quickly, and everything was too fast. I feel that I have grown up a lot and have a deeper understanding and love for education. Heartfelt thanks to … teacher (leading teacher), … teacher (guiding teacher), all the team members, family members, school leaders and all the students for their support and help!
Chapter III Summary Report of Normal Students' Internship
Time flies, and in a blink of an eye, one and a half months of educational practice activities have ended. This experience will write an extraordinary page in my future work career. After a month and a half of internship, I tasted the ups and downs of being a teacher for the first time and realized the responsibility of being a teacher. During my internship, I gained a lot, including experiences, feelings and memories in my heart. This practice is mainly divided into two parts: teaching practice and class teacher practice. The main situation is as follows:
First, the work of the class teacher
(1) Work preparation. First of all, I can quickly understand the characteristics of the whole class. I remember when I first started my internship, several classmates and I took the initiative to learn about the situation of each class. We have laid a good foundation for the work of the class teacher by asking the substitute teacher and the class teacher, and knowing the class committees and active students in each class. In the process of getting familiar with and mastering students, in order to improve my understanding of students, I seize every opportunity to contact and communicate with them. I've always been a follower except during class. The students are very lively, lovely and enthusiastic. In contrast, at first, I was more restrained. Slowly, I became familiar with the students. Because the age gap is not very big, I have cultivated deep feelings with them, which is of great help to my class teacher.
(2) In the daily management of the class. Under the guidance of Mr. Hu, the head teacher, assist him to preside over daily work and organize class activities. In this short month and a half, I am more responsible for supervising students' study, discipline and hygiene. The students in our class have a strong ability of self-management, and each class cadre has his own duties, which has a high prestige among the students, and the students are also very conscious and actively cooperate with all the work. All the work in the class is in good order. Teacher Hu told me that his class teacher's work is usually very easy, because all the students can do it: "Everyone has something to do." I try my best to instill some truth into them during daily supervision, and I can carry out ideological and moral education in combination with their age characteristics. For example, there are some naughty students in the class, and I find that they can't fulfill the requirements of teachers or class committees well. For these students, I am not tough on them, which will only make them more rebellious. I will educate them ideologically instead. From the perspective of friends and even tutors, I will be reasonable and emotional, find out the root of their rebellion, and know that these students' "trouble" is just to highlight themselves and "show off" among classmates. I had democratic and equal talks with them and reached some agreements. Since then, these students' grades have improved a lot and they have worked harder. In addition, many students come every time, either saying they forgot to do their homework or saying they won't do it. Through their own supervision and necessary ideological education, some students can get rid of the bad habit of defaulting on homework. I think their learning initiative is not enough. Students like this need our supervision and guidance.
(3) In classroom activities. Normal universities hold a grand foreign language festival every May. Most students are English teachers, so April is busy for the students in our class. During my internship as a head teacher, I organized a theme class meeting with my students to discuss the activities related to the foreign language festival and various English competitions on the eve of the foreign language festival. Everyone showed great enthusiasm for these activities, and the theme class meeting went smoothly and solved many problems.
Second, English teaching
Teaching is the focus of practice, and the following is my experience in practice.
The first is the preparation stage. Wang Xiaoli, the instructor, is familiar with the English class in the internship class and knows every student in the class and their knowledge of English class. Then, listen carefully to Mr. Wang and other students in class. The feeling of attending classes now is completely different from before: I used to attend classes to learn knowledge; Listening to classes now means learning teaching methods. The purpose is different, and the attention in class is different. Now we are concerned about the way and thinking of teacher Wang and other students in class. Then, according to the educational knowledge learned in the university and the practice in the middle school, prepare lessons and give lectures on the existing basis, and prepare a platform for yourself.
After the first two weeks of lectures and trials, the third week officially took to the podium. As a teacher, another bounden duty is to teach and educate people and spread knowledge to students selflessly. This is also an important part of our practice teaching. I experienced the hardship of being a teacher for the first time. In the last class, we have to go through an assembly line of "preparing lessons (writing lesson plans)-giving lectures-attending lectures-receiving students' feedback-commenting". It seems simple, but each link has many small details, and the most important one is "class". This link is the "classroom teaching" that we have been discussing.
Because I have an English audio-visual and speaking class, which lasts for one and a half hours for two consecutive classes, I need students to concentrate. After listening to the class for two weeks, my experience is that we must make use of various classroom activities to stimulate students' interest in learning and not let them feel that the class is boring. Only in this way can we better attract students' attention. Therefore, to arouse students' enthusiasm, we must have a good teaching design.
In the teaching process, I always embody the student-centered teaching mode and make full use of various multimedia tools to stimulate students' interest and attention. In the classroom, let students fully participate in it, skillfully combine audio-visual and oral English, and improve students' listening and expression ability.
Of course, in the teaching process, I still have many defects.
(1) When teaching knowledge points, it did not highlight the key points and difficulties, and pursued students' independent exploration too much.
(2) The classroom regulation and adaptability are still lacking and need to be strengthened. When I meet an emergency, I am often not awake enough to handle it well. I think the most important basic skill of a teacher is to control the classroom, and I should keep working towards this goal. Setbacks or difficulties. Failure or success, after a month and a half of internship, everything has become a thing of the past, and we are faced with tasks and opportunities in the new semester. Real jobs will appear in our lives in the near future. What we really need now is to sum up experience, learn lessons, learn knowledge well, meet a new day and meet new challenges.
