In music teaching, the cultivation of innovative spirit and practical ability is a new type of learning practice teaching activity, which requires teachers to creatively design new ideas, new problems, new ideas, new ways and new methods based on the knowledge imparted by teachers and combined with the reality of life and learning practice. And strive to embody the basic spirit of deepening education reform and promoting quality education in an all-round way, embody the aesthetic experience of music as the core, make the learning content lively and interesting, rich and colorful, have a distinct sense of the times and nationality, guide students to actively participate in music practice, respect individual different music experiences and learning methods, improve students' aesthetic ability, develop students' creative thinking, form good humanistic quality, and lay a good foundation for students to like, learn and enjoy music all their lives.
"Innovation is the soul of a nation's progress and an inexhaustible motive force for the country's prosperity." Education is the main base for knowledge innovation, dissemination and application, and also the cradle for cultivating innovative spirit and innovative talents. For middle school students, innovation refers to the strong desire to explore the spirit, discover new things and master new methods, and the ability to creatively solve problems by using existing knowledge. However, traditional music teaching often pays attention to imparting knowledge, and is mostly "indoctrination" teaching, which does not allow students to have different views, imprisons and fetters students' thinking and hinders exploration and innovation. Therefore, it is necessary to reform the traditional music teaching mode, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching means and teaching evaluation, so that music classroom teaching can become a new teaching system to adapt to the development of the times and serve for cultivating more innovative talents.
Based on two years' professional music teaching practice in middle schools, the author explores teaching methods to comprehensively cultivate students' innovative spirit and practical ability. Here, the author introduces some experiences and understandings.
Second, music teaching methods to cultivate students' practical ability
(A) to create a new music teaching model
Teaching mode refers to a typical and stable teaching procedure established under the guidance of certain teaching concepts. The traditional teaching mode is characterized by "indoctrination" teaching method, which seriously stifles students' imagination and creativity and is not conducive to the cultivation and development of students' innovative ability. Therefore, it is necessary to "reform" and "update" the mode, establish a new music teaching mode based on the modern teaching thought of "subjectivity and innovation", cultivate students' innovative spirit and ability, and let students become the subject and master of learning, and explore and create in learning. The author in the classroom education, when choosing the teaching mode, grasp the following two points:
1, teaching design should take students' practice as the main line, explore knowledge as the center, focus on creating knowledge, and aim at cultivating ability.
2. Teaching implementation should pay attention to the development of students' creative potential, give students space to explore problems and knowledge, let them boldly question, think positively, find problems, solve problems, and guide students to learn independently.
This music teaching mode closely follows the teaching concept of "subjectivity and innovation", which creates time and space for students to explore and imagine, inspires students to dare to discover and innovate, encourages students to boldly imagine, and can be unconventional.
(B) using flexible teaching methods
Teaching method refers to the working method used to complete teaching. It includes teachers' teaching methods and students' learning methods. Traditional teaching methods aim at teaching students to learn, and teachers teach students in accordance with their aptitude, which fetters students' hands and feet and imprisons their creativity. Therefore, the traditional teaching method of church reform is learning, so that students can learn to learn, learn to think and learn to create. At the same time, they can create a space for students to ask questions, question and create in practice, so that each student's intelligence, emotion, will and behavior can develop harmoniously. In addition, we should pay attention to the cultivation and development of students' aesthetic ability, give full play to students' initiative and creativity in learning music, attach importance to cultivating students' interest and hobby in learning music, and emphasize the comprehensive application of various teaching methods. The author summarizes the following two points in the choice of teaching methods:
1. Diversity of teaching methods. Diversity refers to the comprehensive application of various teaching methods. The teaching of a certain knowledge point in music teaching is often achieved through various teaching channels. If instrumental music is used to assist teaching, students' rhythm and playing ability can be improved. Strengthen the rhythm and singing performance, so that students can deepen their understanding and feelings of music and improve their aesthetic quality. Music is the practical art of sound. Students can only improve their aesthetic ability and expressive ability by constantly understanding and feeling those wonderful melodies in repeated singing/playing/rhythm/listening.
2. Flexibility of teaching methods. The flexibility of music teaching methods is determined by the differences between students in different grades, different regions, different schools and different classes, as well as the differences in teaching purposes and teaching contents. Music teaching should teach students in accordance with their aptitude while facing all students, such as adopting different methods and requirements for individual students, so that each student can develop and everyone can enjoy the joy of success.
(C) the use of modern educational technology to assist music teaching
Modern educational technology has the characteristics of large amount of information, strong interaction, quickness, simplicity and intuition. It stimulates students' senses through images, words, sounds and other means, thus generating imagination and association, which plays an important role in improving classroom teaching efficiency and developing students' thinking in images. Music teaching urgently needs to use multimedia teaching to change the disadvantages of traditional teaching and optimize traditional teaching.
Students' knowledge level and intelligence level are in the transition stage from intuitive perception to abstract thinking. They are often limited to seeing the specific characteristics and external relations of things, but lack the ability to reveal the general characteristics and internal relations of things. Some textbooks are abstract and difficult for students to understand. If advanced teaching equipment is used to create interesting, colorful and appropriate pictures and dynamically process static knowledge, students' thirst for knowledge can be stimulated and their eyes, ears, mouth, hands and brain can be fully mobilized.
