1. Take the National Foreign Language Proficiency Test (WSK) and meet the eligibility criteria. The requirements for each language are as follows:
-English (PETS5): The total score of written test is above 55 (inclusive), including listening part 18 (inclusive) and oral test 3 (inclusive);
-German (NTD): The total written test score is above 65 (inclusive);
-French (TNF): the total score of written test is above 60 (inclusive);
-Japanese (NNS)/ Russian (тлря): The total score of written test is above 60 (inclusive), and the total score of oral test is above 3 (inclusive).
2. Bachelor degree or above in foreign language major (the professional language should be consistent with the language used in the destination country).
3. In the past ten years, he has studied in the same language country or region for more than 8 months (inclusive), or worked continuously for 12 months (inclusive), or studied abroad as a national senior research scholar for more than 3 months (inclusive).
4. I have participated in the corresponding language training in the foreign student training department designated by the Ministry of Education and obtained the certificate of completion. The requirements for each language are as follows:
-English: certificate of completion of advanced class;
-German, French, Japanese, Russian, Spanish and Italian: certificate of completion of intermediate courses.
5. Take IELTS, TOEFL, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese and Korean proficiency tests and meet the following standards:
IELTS (Academic) 6.5, TOEFL 95;
German, French, Spanish and Italian have reached the B2 level of CECRL;
Japanese has reached Japanese Proficiency Test (JLPT) Level 3 (N3);
Korean has reached TOPIK3 level.
6. Students who study other languages (except English, German, French, Japanese, Russian, Spanish and Italian) can meet their language requirements through interviews or examinations organized by foreign organizations (it should be indicated in the foreign invitation letter or otherwise certified).
Two, doctoral students, joint training of doctoral students, master students and joint training of master students category applicants, foreign language level must meet one of the following conditions:
1. Bachelor degree or above in foreign language (the professional language should be consistent with the language used in the destination country).
2. Have studied in the same language country for one academic year (8- 12 months) or have worked continuously for more than one year in the last ten years (inclusive).
3. Take the National Foreign Language Proficiency Test (WSK) and meet the eligibility criteria.
4. Take the IELTS (academic), TOEFL, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese and Korean proficiency tests, and the scores reach the following standards: IELTS 6.5, TOEFL (IBT)95, German, French, Italian and Spanish reach CECRL B2, Japanese reaches Level 2 (N2), and Korean reaches Level 2.
5. I have participated in relevant language training in the overseas study training department designated by the Ministry of Education and obtained the certificate of completion (English is an advanced class and other languages are intermediate classes).
