The second batch of theme education has been fully carried out. We should strive to achieve practical results in building souls, increasing wisdom, improving morality and promoting work with learning. Party member cadres should make full use of the beneficial experience of the first batch of special education exploration and firmly grasp the general requirements of "learning ideas, strengthening party spirit, emphasizing practice and building achievements". Work hard on practical learning, hard work and practical results to promote the theme education to take root and blossom.

Take "learning" as the first priority, and learn deeply and thoroughly. A political party cannot be ahead of the times without theoretical guidance, and a leading cadre cannot do his job well without theoretical study. Party member cadres should regard theoretical study as a kind of political responsibility and spiritual pursuit, form good study habits, overcome impetuous psychology, abandon formalism of going through the motions, and prevent "lack of stamina" when learning is tight.

We should calm down, think deeply, ponder carefully, often want to act, often ask questions, often check the root causes, find ideas, methods and answers from the party's innovation theory, make theoretical study "alive", make good use of the "golden key" of innovation theory, and unlock the "new password" for entrepreneurs.

Make good use of "mirror" to find the correct way to solve the problem. Investigation and research is a family heirloom of our party and an important content of theme education. Party member cadres should put down their airs, settle down, sit around a table and a bench with the masses, stand up to praise and criticize, find shortcomings in praise, find gaps in criticism, truly understand the situation, identify problems, focus on outstanding problems strongly reflected by the masses, find the key nodes to solve problems, and prescribe effective solutions to solve problems.

Investigation and research must not treat the scene as a "show" and the masses as "actors", and resolutely prevent the investigation of "driving a car, going to a room for a meeting, giving a speech and reading a manuscript". Digging deep into the root of the problem, grasping the "seven inches" key, down-to-earth, step by step, a number of in-depth, weighty and valuable research results have been formed, and the decision-making ability and service level for the people have been continuously improved.

Check and correct

We will carry out inspection and rectification throughout, strictly investigate "old problems" and prevent "new tricks". Patrol rectification is the top priority of theme education. Whether the theme education is carried out well depends mainly on whether the rectification problem is thorough and not in place. The majority of cadres in party member should highlight the problem orientation, put themselves, their responsibilities and their work into it, and find out the gaps and deficiencies in taking responsibility, serving the masses, observing discipline and giving play to their roles.

It is not advisable to scratch your boots and avoid seeing a doctor. We should not only carry forward the spirit of struggle, but also dare to scrape the bones and cure the poison, take the initiative to "move the knife" for ourselves, and also dare to help others "feel the pulse".

Inspection and rectification should follow the mass line, listen to the opinions of the masses, and ask the masses to "expose short criticisms." We should not only strive to achieve "immediate results" and resolutely rectify the "stubborn diseases" found, but also pay attention to "immediate results", sum up and refine good experiences and practices in time, establish and improve feasible, practical and long-term institutional mechanisms, and effectively transform the rectification effect into practical results in promoting work.
