3. Roots Hot Spring Area in Lufeng County, Chuxiong Prefecture uses groundwater privately, and the development is disorderly. The existing 92 hot water wells have not applied for water intake permits. 5. Penglai gas station of PetroChina in Yiliang County, Kunming City was not approved for construction first. Luo Liming, deputy director of Yiliang County Bureau of Industry and Trade Science and Technology Informatization, Cui Xian, chief of business department of Yiliang County Bureau of Industry and Trade Science and Technology Informatization, and Zhou Aimin, director of infrastructure management office of Yiliang County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, were informed of accountability.
6. The illegal construction of Longtoushan Hydropower Station of Kunming Gandong Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. in Dongchuan District, Kunming City. Li Peichang, Deputy Director of Dongchuan Development and Reform Bureau, and Liu Jie, Chief of Environmental Resources and Basic Industries Section of Dongchuan Development and Reform Bureau, were informed of their accountability.
7. The Jinsha Gudu Manor Project in Yongsheng County, Lijiang City was not approved for construction first. Hong Lan, deputy director of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Yongsheng County, Yin Shengping, deputy director of the Land and Resources Bureau of Yongsheng County, Li Zhihao, deputy director of the Environmental Protection Bureau of Yongsheng County, and Tan Yonghua (then mayor of taoyuan town), head of the working group responsible for cleaning up and rectifying illegal environmental protection construction projects in taoyuan town, were informed of accountability.
