I. Situation analysis

Even after he begins to receive school education and social education, family education will still exert influence consciously or unconsciously. Our class is a freshman. Almost all of them just entered kindergarten to experience collective life. Their parents also tried to get in touch with the teacher at the first time. They are unfamiliar with everything in kindergarten, know little about scientific parenting and are full of doubts about their children's life in kindergarten. This semester, we will actively carry out various forms of activities with enthusiasm, publicize scientific parenting knowledge to parents purposefully, planned, organized and targeted, introduce children's daily life in the park, understand parents' needs in time, think about parents' thoughts, relieve parents' worries, and create positive and favorable conditions for home-school co-education.

Two. Parents' work goals

1. Through communication and home visits, I learned about children's living habits, behavior habits and characteristics at home, and tried to get to know every child and lay a good foundation for family education.

2. Through various forms of activities, such as lectures on family education, parents' consultation activities, garden journals, etc. Introduce scientific parenting knowledge to parents, publicize the new concept of early childhood education, advocate quality education, and help parents establish a family education concept that conforms to the times.

3. Carry out a variety of home contact activities, regularly distribute questionnaires, and carry out half-day parents' open day activities to let parents know their children's living conditions in the park, take care of their worries, and ask parents to supervise our work, put forward valuable opinions and do a good job in accumulating parental feedback.

4. Combined with festivals, family activities, parent-child activities, National Day celebrations, New Year's Day celebrations and other games were held. Homes participated in the activities together, which enhanced the emotional communication between their homes.

Three. Specific measures

1. Conduct targeted home visits to learn about children's family scope, living habits and personality characteristics.

2. Do a good job in the "parents' garden" and publicize scientific parenting knowledge to parents.

3. Hold regular parent-teacher meetings and distribute questionnaires.

4. Carry out children's health consultation activities to let parents know about disease prevention knowledge.

5. Conduct home-school lectures to strengthen the connection between home and home.

6. Promote the health knowledge of winter parenting to parents.

7. Distribute parents' questionnaires on the quality of kindergarten work, and do a good job in accumulating parents' information.

8. Ask for parents' opinions and give feedback.
