Second, teamwork.
School-based research is a spiritual journey that condenses collective and individual wisdom. Our team is not very big, but we work together and every group activity is indispensable. Of course, I won't hold the team back. My open class is going through such a process. But I didn't give up because I had to bear the loss, but insisted on being comforted. There is at least one open class every month, and there are 6 open classes in the whole training stage.

"Learning without thinking is a waste of time". Every time I finish an open class, I will calm down and deeply reflect on my own classroom. I deeply realize that reading can add fun to me, broaden my horizons, enrich my life and guide my teaching path. Therefore, during the training, I also carefully read some teaching monographs, among which the intensive reading books include The Education of Love by Japanese writer Tetsuko Kuroyanagi, The Little Pea by the Window and Liu Lianghua's Autobiography of Education, and wrote.

In the process of training, we accepted other people's suggestions, reflected on our own practices and accumulated a little experience. In order to record my growth process, I also carefully recorded my specific situation in the training process and uploaded my learning experience into a blog post, including teaching postscript, review, teaching papers, essays, poems, group activities and so on. Admittedly, under the pressure of many tasks, I didn't work so hard in the training of basic skills. Chalk writing is only used as an exercise in class, and pen writing is only practiced occasionally at home, but I think my hard pen writing should not be so bad, which is inseparable from the foundation I laid in school before. Putonghua training is not well adhered to. At first, I practiced hard. I read monosyllabic and disyllabic words, sent beautiful articles, and I recited one or two articles. Later, because of the heavy task, I gradually put it aside, and the beautiful words I memorized have been forgotten, so the training of Putonghua is not sufficient.

After two months of investigation and study, I deeply feel that I have great shortcomings in teaching, and I also feel the complexity and arduousness of education and teaching.
