Overseas students who have studied in regular universities and scientific research institutions in Britain (Ireland), conducted academic visits and studied for degrees for more than six months may apply for the Returned Overseas Students Certificate when they complete their studies and return to China.
Anyone who meets the following conditions may apply for the Certificate of Returned Overseas Students:
1) must be a China passport holder who has not applied for immigration;
