Integration of teaching, learning and doing

From the teaching theory of Chinese educator Tao Xingzhi. Regard "teaching and doing" as one. "Doing" is the core and advocates learning by doing. It is emphasized that "from the perspective of teacher-student relationship, doing is teaching, and from the perspective of teacher-student relationship, doing is learning." It is also required to "treat yourself with the way of teaching others, and work hard on labor."

Under this definition, teachers and students have lost the usual strict distinction, and learning from each other at work has become a common phenomenon in life. The textbook "Combination of Teaching and Doing", The Complete Works of Tao Xingzhi, Volume 2, page 650.

1925 was put forward in a speech at Nankai University and elaborated many times in later works, such as On the Construction of Normal Education in China, Integration of Teaching and Learning, and Education of Art Friendship System. In his view, the integration of teaching is an explanation of life and education. In life, doing things means learning for your own progress and teaching for your own influence.
