What are the comprehensive qualities of teachers?
Teachers are professionals who perform their education and teaching duties, and undertake the mission of teaching and educating people, cultivating builders and successors of the socialist cause and improving the quality of the people. Therefore, the evaluation of teachers' comprehensive quality covers a wide range and is rich in content, which can be investigated from multiple angles. The content of teachers' comprehensive quality evaluation can be basically divided into three groups: teachers' basic quality, teachers' performance behavior and teachers' work performance.

1, basic quality

Teachers are engineers of the human soul, and their quality determines the effectiveness of teachers' work and affects the future development of students. According to the regulations on post qualification in "Regulations on Trial Implementation of Teachers' Position in Middle Schools" and "Regulations on Trial Implementation of Teachers' Position in Primary Schools", and the discussion on the concept of teachers' quality in the new period, the basic qualities of teachers mainly include political quality, ideological and moral quality, professional quality and individual psychological quality.

(1) Ideological and moral quality

First of all, teachers should have a firm and correct political direction. Teachers should seriously study Socialism with Chinese characteristics's theory and have certain political theory literacy; Support the leadership of China and love the socialist motherland. First of all, teachers should have solid business knowledge. Teachers' professional knowledge refers to teachers' scientific and cultural knowledge and their mastery. According to the function of teachers' professional knowledge, it can be divided into three aspects: First, teachers' ontological knowledge, that is, teachers' specific subject knowledge. Second, teachers should have superb professional skills.
