The purpose of the detailed rules for the implementation of teaching management in Aksu primary and secondary schools;

In order to effectively implement the promotion project of teaching routine management in primary and secondary schools in four prefectures in southern Xinjiang, and improve the teaching management level and teaching quality of primary and secondary schools in Aksu area, these measures are formulated according to the Basic Requirements for Teaching Routine Management in Primary and Secondary Schools in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region (Trial) and the Decision on Further Strengthening Bilingual Education, Improving the Quality of Education and Actively Promoting Quality Education.

Quality evaluation procedure:

1, school self-evaluation

The school set up an evaluation expert group, which consists of the vice president in charge of teaching, the school's teaching research, the person in charge of educational affairs, and the person in charge of teaching research. According to the Index System of Teaching Management and Quality Evaluation of Primary and Secondary Schools in Aksu Region, the evaluation expert group conducted self-examination and made changes while checking. Confirm that it meets the evaluation criteria, form a self-evaluation summary report and apply to the county (city) Education Bureau.

2. County assessment

The education administrative department of the county (city) shall set up an evaluation committee composed of the Education Bureau, and the evaluation expert group shall be composed of the deputy director in charge of the teaching work, the person in charge of the teaching and research section and the teaching and research staff. County (city) expert evaluation team is responsible for the inspection and evaluation of the schools that submit applications. The evaluation time of each school shall not be less than one day, and the number of parents participating in social evaluation shall not be less than 2 in each class.

The evaluation results shall be publicized for not less than seven days and reported to the education administrative department of the autonomous region after publicity.

3. Regional evaluation and acceptance.

The regional education bureau sets up an evaluation committee, and the evaluation expert group consists of the deputy director in charge of teaching and research, the head of the teaching and research section and the teaching and research staff. According to the county (city) application, organize regional assessment experts to conduct spot checks and review and acceptance of the schools declared by the county (city), and publish the assessment results.
