Registration materials
Please bring the original and photocopy of the children's household registration book, vaccination certificate, and the original and photocopy of the freshmen's physical examination book (please complete the physical examination at the Youth Street Maternal and Child Health Hospital). Parents should personally lead their children to sign up.
