On September 30th, Teacher Wu Guozhen organized the 38th lecture series on courage renewal on CCtalk platform. Coach Tata talked to Mr. Luo, who shared his exploration experience in commending and rewarding students over the past 30 years. We were moved by teacher Luo's courage and love, and also impressed by her educational wisdom, emotional appeal and humor. Teacher Luo stressed that we should do real education. Coach Tata asked Mr. Luo what real education was, and Mr. Luo said that real education means that you do things for students no matter whether anyone arranges you to do it or not. Do it with or without rewards: do it with or without the attention of leaders. Is to lower your head and concentrate on doing things for students. That's what Teacher Luo did. Everything she does is not for other purposes, regardless of return or investment, but for the growth and happiness of children. She said that she planted herself in the classroom and grew into a tree, which connected her life and education. Therefore, her heart has always been on the students, and her feelings have always been devoted to the students. She rewards and praises her students from all aspects, angles and levels with her heart and affection.
She said that she understood the needs of students, so she tried her best to meet them. Teacher Luo is full of educational wisdom. Students are eager to be seen, paid attention to, understood, recognized and appreciated by teachers. This is human nature, let alone a growing child. But not every teacher will treat and understand children from common sense. Or not intentionally, but many teachers don't understand students and can't accept students' naughty, naughty, wrong and offensive. Yes, being a teacher itself is very hard. There are many routine things, and students are constantly "feeding" every day, which really makes them tired and overwhelmed. If you don't really love and put your heart into it, it is really difficult to lead students to live a colorful student life like Teacher Luo.
Teacher Luo pays attention to children from the perspective of life, which is a kind of life-enriching education, so she tries her best to ensure that her students eat well, sleep well, exercise well, have a good personality and finally study well. She thinks that learning is only a part of life, not the whole thing. Of course, a healthy, active and excellent person, even if his grades are not particularly good, will not be bad in life, life and career, because such a life is responsible. A responsible person can't be too bad in any position.
The student who is Teacher Luo is very happy. Her education is full of educational sentiment and wisdom. She kept on self-studying, closely linked her study and education, and found out what she didn't have from her study and applied it to her education and teaching. Respectable and lovely, she saved the time to make new clothes and go out to play, think and study, because she said that she realized it was too late, too late, she had a lot of things to do, and she had to hurry. I don't think she realized it was too late. She has been ahead of us, but her love for education and children is too hot, too strong and too devoted, so she gave up a lot of leisure time. She did this not for others, but from her own heart, spreading all her love to education and her students.
Teacher Luo said that gifts are important because she thinks it is especially good to see a student! Being seen, paid attention to, appreciated and rewarded is a wonderful thing for anyone. Students need attention and return from themselves and others, so she has been giving them all kinds of "gifts". What has been flowing behind the gift is love, natural love, sincere love, lasting love, unconditional love and unrequited love. Love is the initial heart of her education and has never changed along the way.
Teacher Luo said that she respects students' experiences and their actual needs, and she will do anything that is beneficial to their growth. Teacher Luo is a teacher who is obsessed with the growth of students.
