"Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan" (referred to as "Excellent Plan" for short) is a major reform project for the Ministry of Education to implement the Outline of the National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (20 10-2020) and the Outline of the National Medium and Long-term Talent Development Plan (20 10-2020).

Basic principles for implementing the Excellence Plan:

Follow the principle of "industry guidance, school-enterprise cooperation, classified implementation and various forms".
