General requirements of safety education in construction engineering:
1) The project department shall establish a safety education and training system;
2) After the construction personnel enter the site, the engineering project department will organize three-level safety education, training and assessment with national safety laws and regulations, enterprise safety system, construction site safety management regulations and safety technical operation procedures for each type of work as the main contents;
3) When the construction personnel change jobs or adopt new technologies, new processes, new equipment and new materials for construction, safety education and training should be conducted;
4) Construction management personnel and full-time safety officers shall conduct safety education, training and assessment once a year.
