Beijing Forestry University, located in Beijing, is a university directly under the Ministry of Education and jointly established by the Ministry of Education and the State Forestry and Grassland Bureau. It is one of the first national key construction universities in "2 1 1 Project" and a pilot university in the national "985 Engineering Advantage Discipline Innovation Platform" construction project. The Development Course of Beijing Forestry University

1, the history of running a school can be traced back to 1902, majoring in agriculture in Shi Jing University.

2. 1952 The departments of colleges and universities in China were adjusted, and the Forestry Department of Beijing Agricultural University merged with the Forestry Department of Hebei Agricultural College to form Beijing Forestry College.
