The Ministry of Education has studied and formulated the Implementation Plan for the Qualification Reform of Primary and Secondary School Teachers for Postgraduates of Education and Normal Students at Public Fees, which stipulates that:
Colleges and universities that recruit postgraduates of master's degree in education and normal students at public expense can participate in the reform of exemption certification from 20021.
Colleges and universities that implement the reform of exemption from examination should be classified according to the training objectives, and their postgraduate students of education and normal students at public expense should be evaluated for their educational and teaching ability. Graduates of 202 1 and above who have passed the examination may be exempted from taking part or all of the subjects in the national primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination according to the results of the examination of education and teaching ability.
