Second, update the working mode and seek development through cooperation.

The new curriculum advocates cultivating students' comprehensive learning, and independent cooperation and inquiry is an important way for students to learn chemistry. For the vast majority of teachers, the implementation of curriculum reform cannot be accomplished by one person independently, which requires teachers to be good at understanding other disciplines, learn to cooperate with other teachers, help each other, and work together with Qi Xin to train students. In this way, the teaching of all subjects and grades can be organically combined and promoted each other. Facing the challenge of the times, the cultivation of backbone teachers is an important way for teachers to grow up.

Third, I learned to reflect.

Teachers should reflect on their teaching. Especially for front-line teachers, the important job position is the classroom. Teachers can't just be the mechanical executors of classroom technology, but must be the conscious reflectors of classroom practice. Learning to think, constantly reflect, make progress in thinking and do a good job in teaching reflection has become my "compulsory course".
