Personally, I think the gold content of the certificate of China Federation of Materials is higher than that of the Ministry of Labor Protection. The reason is simple: China Federation of Things starts with the training of talents' skills and career planning, while the Ministry of Labor Protection is only one kind of social security training. In other words, nine-year compulsory education is for everyone, and whether you can go to high school or not is your own consideration.
