Qin yingkui

Qin Yingkui (1850— 19 15) was born in Xiaogan, Hubei Province (now Qinjia Song Lin, Xiaonan xihe town). In the late Qing Dynasty, he won two yuan in succession, and he was a scholar. He was a famous minister, bibliophile and educator in the late Qing Dynasty, who rebuilt the Nantianmen in Mount Tai.

1957 In February, the Hubei Provincial Library received a letter from the editorial department of Changjiang Daily, which reflected that a batch of ancient books had accumulated in the waste station of the supply and marketing cooperative in Yangdian District of Xiaogan County and needed urgent rescue. Kong Xiankai, then director of the provincial map editing office, immediately called several staff members, pulled several scooters and rushed to Xiaogan overnight. After two days' trek, the librarians arrived at the Supply and Marketing Cooperative in Yangdian District, Xiaogan County. When cleaning up, it was found that these books were collected by Qin Yingkui, a Jinshi in Xiaogan County during the Tongzhi period of the Qing Dynasty. The book contains Zhu's seal of Xiaogan Qin Family Collection and Zhu's seal of Qin Yingkui Collection. After seven days and seven nights' cleaning, they chose manuscripts with earlier edition, better printing and academic reference value to be transported back to the provincial library, including Ming Chongzhen edition, Huang Falu, Ming Chongzhen edition, Ci Fu Yuan Gui, Ming Wanli edition, Han and Ming editions, stone manuscripts, Wen Gui and Qing manuscripts. Although many of these books lack short volumes, they are still precious rare books. Librarians hired cars and people in the local area to take back all these ancient books at a discount from the supply and marketing cooperatives, and dragged these "treasures" back with more than 10 carts. All other ordinary versions are kept in Xiaogan County Library. Xiaogan Library has also gained a lot. Except those taken away by the provincial library, most of Qin Yingkui's books have become an important source of ancient books in Xiaogan Library, which has increased the collection of Xiaogan Library from 8,495 volumes in 1956 to 27,000 volumes at the end of 1957, which shows that Qin has a large collection.
