Declaration conditions
First, the conditions for applying for assistant development trainer (junior) training
1, education and work experience should meet one of the following requirements: high school education (or equivalent), more than 3 years of work experience; Or have a college degree (or equivalent) and 1 year or above working experience; Or have a bachelor's degree (including equivalent education);

Third, declare the training conditions of senior development trainers (senior).

Training purpose
1, based on the principle of standardization, guidance and service, through a large number of training exercises and analysis, let students obtain the main knowledge of outward bound training from personal experience;
2. Make students master the standardized operation process of outward bound training, have certain professional qualities and skills, and become high-quality outward bound talents in outward bound training industry.
Training object
Trainers, coaches, special tour guides, human resources departments of enterprises and institutions, management consulting companies, large-scale group training centers, sports colleges, youth quality education bases, travel agencies, universities and other units, as well as people who are willing to devote themselves to expanding their industries.
Course arrangement
The course content is divided into theoretical courses and practical courses, and the assessment is half a day.
Working day shift: Monday to Sunday, 6 days and 6 nights,
Class time is 8:00- 12:00 in the morning, 4: 00-18: 00 in the afternoon and 20: 00-22: 00 in the evening.
charging standards
1) Training fee: 2480 yuan for the beginner class, 2980 yuan for the intermediate class, and the advanced class will not be started for the time being. This fee includes teaching materials, training, insurance, etc.
2) Textual research fee: Textual research fee shall be uniformly collected by the issuing unit, including junior developer 280 yuan and intermediate developer 480 yuan.
3) Accommodation: The unified standard is 700 yuan, and the center arranges unified accommodation at the training base, including all the expenses of accommodation.
Special note: In order to solve the worries of students when choosing junior high school level, the teaching mode of starting classes at the same time at junior high school level has been implemented since the fourth period. Students can choose to adjust the level of their certificate application according to the standards reached by the final assessment results, and the fees will be refunded more and supplemented less according to the adjusted standards.

About registration
Students applying for certification training must first receive the registration form from the person in charge of enrollment, fill it out truthfully and send it back by mail or fax. After the registration is passed, students need to deposit the registration advance payment (intermediate 500 yuan, primary 400 yuan) into the bank card of the above financial personnel through the bank, and contact the person in charge of enrollment for feedback and confirmation in time.
