The administrative punishment of teachers includes: warning, demerit recording, gross demerit recording, demotion, dismissal and expulsion. Administrative punishment is a disciplinary measure given by the state administrative organs to civil servants who violate the law and neglect their duties according to the administrative subordination. Teachers are professionals who perform their education and teaching duties, and undertake the mission of teaching and educating people, cultivating builders and successors of the socialist cause and improving the quality of the people. Teachers should be loyal to the people's education.

Units or individuals under any of the following circumstances shall be given a warning by the administrative department of education and a fine of less than 1000 yuan, or the administrative department of education shall suggest the relevant departments to give administrative sanctions to the responsible personnel;

Disrupting the order of the registration point, examination room and marking place, causing the examination work to be unable to proceed normally or otherwise affecting or hindering the examination staff from performing their duties normally, and other acts that seriously violate the rules of the examination room.

Legal basis: Article 5 of the Teacher Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the education administrative department of the State Council is in charge of the national teacher work. The relevant departments in the State Council are responsible for the work of teachers within their respective functions and powers. Schools and other educational institutions independently manage teachers according to state regulations.
