First, the graduation application time

Second, the preparation for graduation
(a) for transfer, exemption, examination information correction procedures.
Candidates who apply for graduation in the second half of the year must go through the formalities of transferring, exempting and modifying the examination information (including upgrading the ID number) before1October1. Those who fail to attend this batch of graduation procedures can't.
(b) Registration of prequalification related information
Candidates who apply for undergraduate graduation in the second half of the year must log in to the system to register the prequalification information before 65438+February 1. Only those who pass the examination by the provincial examination office can apply for undergraduate graduation.
Candidates can choose one of the following methods to register their academic qualifications according to their actual situation: 1. Xuexin.com issued by the Ministry of education diploma electronic registration form; 2. China Higher Education Certification Report issued by the National College Student Information Consultation and Employment Guidance Center; 3. Foreign academic degree certificate issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education; 4. Candidates who graduate from self-taught college and undergraduate course must register for the admission ticket number of college graduation. Third, the graduation process
Candidates log in to the Guangdong Self-taught Examination Management System (website: selfec/) → Candidates' entrance → Enter the admission ticket number, password and verification code to log in → Maintain basic information → Graduation management → Graduation application → Preliminary examination place → Submit graduation application → Print graduation registration form → Submit graduation materials on site.

Candidates should log in to the system to confirm their name, gender, ID number, electronic photos and scores in all subjects before graduation registration. The above data are accurate before graduation registration.
(2) Online registration, print the graduate registration form.
Candidates who log in to the system and successfully submit their graduation applications must print the Application Form for Graduates of Guangdong Higher Education Self-study Examination (hereinafter referred to as the Application Form for Graduates) through the system, carefully check the relevant information on the front of the Application Form for Graduates, and fill in the relevant contents truthfully on the back; At the same time, submit the form to the relevant units to fill in the candidates' ideological and moral performance and seal it. Failing to fill in and stamp as required, the graduation application will not be accepted.
(3) Submission of materials
1. Original ID card (relevant originals will be returned after verification, the same below) and copies of the front and back.
2. Please select "private colleges and universities" as the type of graduate registration form, and use laser printer, 80g/m2 (or above) A4 copy paper, and print the graduate registration form on both sides. Candidates are not allowed to make any changes to the content and format of this form.
3. Candidates do not need to submit the original and photocopy of the prequalification graduation certificate when going through the undergraduate graduation formalities, except for the following special circumstances:
(1) Candidates who use non-Chinese mainland ID cards for undergraduate graduation must submit the original and photocopy of the prequalification graduation certificate;
(2) Candidates who take overseas education as prequalification must submit the original and a copy of the prequalification diploma;
(3) Candidates who are inconsistent with the information related to prequalification due to the change of name or ID number must submit the original and photocopy of the prequalification diploma, as well as the relevant certification materials of the public security department.
(4) Special professional requirements
1. Candidates who apply for the graduation of mechanical manufacturing and automation specialty (junior college) must provide the national senior vocational qualification certificate of mechanical work and the graduation certificate of senior technical school.
2 candidates who apply for the graduation of electrical automation technology specialty (college) shall provide the senior vocational qualification certificate of electrical post and the graduation certificate of senior technical school.
3. Candidates who apply for pharmacy (undergraduate) graduation must provide a health practice certificate within the validity period (note: the word "practice" must be on the certificate).
4. Graduates from technical secondary schools or junior colleges majoring in medicine, pharmacy, nursing or other medical-related majors, when graduating from food nutrition and hygiene (specialist), will take the courses of clinical medicine general education (course code: 05747), nutrition prevention and treatment of diseases (course code: 05748), nutrition foundation of traditional Chinese medicine (course code: 05749), food hygiene regulations and supervision (course code: 05749)
Fourth, other matters needing attention
(1) In view of the current situation of epidemic prevention and control, candidates who sign up for the self-taught examination in our city must strictly abide by the relevant provisions on epidemic prevention and control, and candidates must cooperate with the work of temperature detection, health code inspection, bus card and information registration before entering the examination place. Wear a mask all the time, keep a distance of more than 1 m from others, leave when you have done it, don't gather in the unit, and follow the instructions of the on-site staff. Without the green code of Guangdong health code, secret contacts in high-risk areas within 14 days will not be handled on the spot; If you have fever (temperature above 37.3℃) or cough and other suspected COVID-19 symptoms, please go to the hospital in time, and you are not allowed to enter the site for treatment. Candidates in medium-risk areas or candidates who do not have the conditions for on-site handling may entrust others to handle them. (2) Candidates who meet the graduation requirements should submit relevant graduation materials in time within the time specified by the Municipal Examination Office, and those who fail to do so within the time limit will not go through the graduation formalities.
(3) The time to receive the diploma is expected to be at the end of April 2022. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, the self-taught diploma is only issued once, and it will not be replenished if it is lost. The diploma is collected by the candidate himself with the original ID card and the receipt of the diploma; Entrust others to collect, you must show the original and photocopy of the agent's ID card and the graduate's ID card (the copy of the agent's ID card and the graduate's ID card is on the same page), and the candidates must sign the power of attorney and press their fingerprints.
