The result is a mere formality, superficial and ineffective.
The existence of the above problems, on the one hand, affects the image of the party and the government in the eyes of the people. The common people bluntly said that township cadres "should strengthen their study". The quality of cadres is related to the image of the party. Improving the quality of cadres is a learning society. It is necessary to promote economic and social development, improve the level of government management and realize the revolutionization, youthfulness, knowledge and specialization of cadres. The core competitiveness of a place lies in its human resources, and the core part of human resources is cadres. Only by maximizing the comprehensive quality of cadres can we provide strong intellectual support, talent guarantee and cultural conditions for the rise of "small town economy"
Two, in view of the above problems, we should focus on the following aspects.
1. Strengthen ideological education, continue to adhere to and further strengthen ideological and political work, further reflect the characteristics of the times, reflect the characteristics of the industry, and highlight organizational characteristics. Strengthening the "people-oriented" thought of leading cadres and adhering to the viewpoint that the interests of the people are the most fundamental interests of everything may touch the interests of some people in specific work or for specific individuals. If it is not handled properly, it may bring a series of "negative effects", which will have a negative impact on the smooth development of the work and even affect the prestige of our party. So we should put people first. On the one hand, strengthen education ideologically, call on leading cadres at all levels to take care of the overall situation and establish the basic concept of "building the party for the public and governing for the people"; On the other hand, for practical problems that individuals really can't solve, we should establish the concept of "people-oriented" and properly solve them with the concept of humanization.
2.
