Strengthen the management of nursing staff
(1) Deepen the reform of the personnel system. Adopt a flexible employment mechanism, implement a full-time employment system for nursing staff in the whole hospital, and select the director and head nurse of nursing department according to the principles of openness, fairness and justice. The head nurse then employs nursing staff at all levels in the department according to the actual situation of each department. Fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of nursing staff. Further improve the evaluation of technical titles of nursing majors, and employ nurses according to their titles and positions to stimulate competitive vitality.
(2) Hire nurses to share the unskilled work of nurses. According to the actual situation of nursing units in each ward, some nurses are hired to undertake a lot of non-nursing and non-technical work.
(3) Scientific and rational use of human resources. In the arrangement of nurses' jobs, all departments should combine the old with the new and cooperate with each other to realize the reasonable distribution of personnel's quality and technical level. Promote the coordination of nursing staff, give full play to complementarity and improve the quality of nursing groups.
(4) Improve various rules and regulations. Seriously organize study and strictly implement it, so that all rules and regulations are truly observed by everyone, with effective measures and clear rewards and punishments.
