Which version is more difficult to teach, Suzhou, Jiangsu or Zaozhuang, Shandong?
Benevolence edition

Its vocabulary (single class) is particularly large, and the frequency of grammar knowledge is low, so it is difficult for teachers to complete teaching tasks and students to study hard. Zaozhuang originally used the Ren 'ai version of the textbook. After only one session (for the above reasons), it was changed to the People's Education Edition.

There are many versions of English textbooks for primary schools now.

Beijing: New Starting Point of People's Education Edition, People's Education Edition, Beijing Edition, People's Education Edition, Beijing Normal University Edition.

Hebei: Hebei Education 1, Hebei Education 3.

Shandong: Foreign Studies 1, Foreign Studies 3, Shandong Education Press, Luke Edition.

Shanghai: Shanghai Education Oxford Edition, Shanghai Education Edition.

Shenzhen: Shenzhen Edition, Science and Education Edition

Jiangsu: Soviet education translated forest edition

Hunan: Shao Xiang Edition, Luxiang Edition.

Shaanxi: Shaanxi Tourism Edition

Guangdong: Happy Learning Guangdong Edition, Guangdong Shenzhen Edition, Education Edition.

There are many versions. Choose different versions of the same area, and some may not be covered.

The textbook is carefully compiled and the quality can be guaranteed. I have done a benchmarking, which is to compare the vocabulary and sentence patterns of different versions of textbooks in the same grade and under the same theme. As a result, I found that the difficulty of each textbook under the same theme was not much different. Because the primary school stage is originally a foundation, the content and even grammar learned under the same theme are basic, and the difference will not be too great.

But when comparing, I feel that the style of the textbook is different. Some textbooks have not been updated for many years, which is a more formal traditional style. Some teaching materials are especially suitable for children's styles, and the pictures are also very interesting, even suitable for adults.

Personally, I don't think it will affect my English performance because of the different textbooks, because the gap between the topics and difficulties involved in the textbooks is not that big. However, whether the school can let students learn the things in the textbook thoroughly has an impact on their English scores.

For example, some teaching AIDS will sort out the words that appear in the textbook, the words that exceed the word list and the words that exceed the standard, and some teachers will let students master and ask questions together. However, some schools don't pay so much attention to this part of the content, so they don't take the words that have appeared in this part of the textbook but are not in the vocabulary as the scope for students to master. There is a difference.

So I think it depends on the school, teachers and parents' attention.
