Shi Zhiyong, a weightlifter in our city, won the men's 56 kg class at the Athens Olympic racecourse. Grasping this resource, I led the children in my Class 3 (4) to start a research study on Olympic champions.

We discussed at least 20 topics from the beginning to the determination of topics, and finally decided to "talk about school uniforms". During the trial, we constantly revised the teaching plan, and finally decided to show the second phase of this theme activity in the form of live debate in class, and finally won the first prize of the city evaluation. At that time, there was a lot of pressure, and I felt that the original Chinese teacher insisted on comprehensive practical activities step by step. Everyone in the school said they didn't understand how to teach this course. Every time they prepare lessons, they should think and reflect on themselves. There are too few people who can help, and they feel lonely. I can imagine, along the way, my tutor Professor Zou, teacher Zhang Biao from the general classroom of the city, teacher Xiaohong from the district further education school, as well as the leaders and colleagues of the school have placed great hopes on me. As the saying goes, "Everyone is expecting my grades! Bite my teeth, I'm insisting! During that time, in retrospect, I always wanted to call it "triple jump". In a month's time, I rushed to the on-site classroom evaluation for three times and listened to so many comprehensive practical activities of my peers, which was more effective than any special training. In addition to going out to compete, I have to be a good class teacher, and I have to take Chinese lessons by myself and change every assignment of the children. No one can replace you in these things. Therefore, reviewing and preparing lessons every day can only be completed when you go home at night. The child is still young, and it is often late at night when I am busy with housework at home. In this way, during that time, I was busy revising teaching plans or courseware almost every night. The feeling of pain and happiness is particularly strong! The wonderful performance in the classroom of Yucai No.2 Primary School in Wuhan made me return to my hometown. Third, I study wholeheartedly.

Fate is sometimes so inexplicable. In the Spring Festival of 2008, Longyan City launched a four-and-a-half-month off-the-job training activity for key primary school teachers, which lasted for a whole semester and was offered in every subject. At that time, I thought I wouldn't see me off this time. However, school leaders seem to realize that I have an unusual relationship with comprehensive practical activities and have given me this opportunity. With one admission notice after another, I came to longyan university Institute of Continuing Education to report for duty and began my study and research on comprehensive practical activities in the true sense.

As the saying goes, "there are no real obstacles in the world, only different attitudes and ways." People should sometimes go forward like water. If there is a mountain ahead, go around it. Even after taking part in so many competitions, I have made some achievements. But now, after careful reflection, there are some shortcomings and limitations in the previous courses. If I hadn't participated in the training of comprehensive practical activities this semester, listened to the exposition of comprehensive practical activities by teachers Zhang and Zou, and systematically studied the theoretical knowledge of comprehensive practical activities, I would still be as blind as before. Since I took the comprehensive practical activity class, I found that my students not only learned a lot of knowledge that books can't, but also realized the importance of unity and cooperation, and their innovative spirit and practical ability were well cultivated.

Not only has the comprehensive quality of students been greatly developed, but I have also undergone tremendous changes. In the past, I really turned a deaf ear to things outside the window and only read sage books. I couldn't help narrowing the scope of sage books, and finally decided on Chinese books and several teaching reference books in grades. I am proficient in Chinese, but when I began to integrate practical activities, I felt more and more inadequate. For example, in the comprehensive exercise of stamp design for the 2008 Olympic Games, the instructor must know the history of stamps, the types of stamps and the significance of various stamps issued in previous Olympic Games. However, before the activity, I only knew that stamps were used to send letters. Many people regarded stamps as collectibles, and I knew nothing else. In order to carry out the activities smoothly, I collected the stamp information of previous Olympic Games from books, newspapers, magazines and websites. Understand the general requirements of stamp design in advance and broaden your horizons. Only then did I know that although stamps are only square in size, they contain such rich scientific and cultural knowledge that they are called "miniature museums", "national business cards" and "small art halls". In the process of getting in touch with stamp collectors and art teachers and getting support, I learned the methods and skills of interacting with people and asking for help ...
