First, pay attention to the cultivation of students' moral character
The cultivation of students' "morality" has become a commonplace topic. "Having both ability and political integrity" and "all-round cultivation of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty" all put morality first, which shows the importance of morality. Why put virtue first? Everyone has an answer. The level of virtue directly determines the degree of social civilization. Students are the hope of the future and shoulder great historical responsibilities. Therefore, it is particularly important for students' moral cultivation. Then, what is the connotation of "virtue" and what content does it contain? We usually understand "virtue" as an ideological realm, and people with virtue are often associated with noble morality. In fact, the author thinks that "virtue" tends to be a kind of "conscious norm" in real life, that is, people form conscious constraints in their hearts through acquired socialization, which are embodied in their thoughts and guide our daily behavior. From this perspective, whether a person has virtue or not, the most crucial step is the process of socialization. For adults, it is a process of continuous learning and self-education, while for students, especially those in the lower grades of primary school, it is a process of learning cultural knowledge at school. Teachers, especially class teachers, should pay attention to the cultivation of students' moral character and restrain their behavior with correct behavior norms. At the same time, traditional virtues are also very important. Students should not only understand the true meaning of "virtue", but also practice hard to achieve the unity of knowledge and practice. We must be honest and trustworthy, adhere to the fundamental principle of "trust", and never use lies to construct our own image; We should also learn to be strict with ourselves and lenient with others. Ask yourself higher moral standards and constantly improve your realm. As the saying goes, "take the law, just take it", which is the truth. Only when students demand themselves with higher standards can they get a qualitative improvement. At the same time, we should be tolerant of others, which does not mean judging others with lower moral standards, but tolerating and forgiving others' mistakes and being a broad-minded person. The most important thing is the education and guidance of teachers, so that students can gradually develop noble moral feelings during their growth.
