When attending a meeting, you should prepare a meeting notebook and pen, carefully record the contents of the meeting, and you can't go to the meeting without anything. This is a sign of irresponsibility in work. Enter the meeting room as required, find your own position or the position of your unit, and don't sit down casually, which will confuse the meeting seating arrangement.
During the meeting, you should listen carefully, don't doze off, don't read newspapers and magazines, do things unrelated to the meeting, and don't walk around and enter and leave the meeting room at will. This is respect for people, but also for themselves.
