Shandong University of Political Science and Law Management Cadre College was founded in 1979, formerly known as Shandong University of Political Science and Law, and changed to Shandong Judicial Management Cadre College in 1983. In the same year, adult junior college education began. 1985 and 1986 held regular courses for law undergraduates for two consecutive years. 1987 was renamed Shandong Institute of Political Science and Law Management, and 1989 began to offer undergraduate education in adult colleges and universities. It is the first college in China to provide "specialist" education for adult law majors. General junior college education began at 1998. In February 2005, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, Shandong University of Political Science and Law was established on the basis of the School of Political Science and Law Management. After two years of preparatory courses, I also started general undergraduate education. The college has more than 7,000 full-time adults, undergraduates and junior college students.

The college is located in Jinan, a scenic spring city, at No.63 Jiefang East Road, Lixia District. The campus is surrounded by mountains, with elegant environment, lush flowers and trees, lush green grass and pleasant scenery. It is an ideal garden for study and research.
